For some reason the lack of being an octopus to swim in ink makes me wildly uncomfortable

I love how finale 01 basically teaches you the sharking technique where you hide in your ink and slowly move around so the opponent doesn't know where you are and you can catch them by surprise. Also I actually can't believe you beat the nils statue without octos

16:03 You can activate the goal just by popping that pufferfish bomb thing (I forgot what they're called).
18:27 Specials instantly refill your ink and don't use any of it, btw. Keep that in mind for the future.
The pufferfish things are called balloon fish

You could easily do the post-blender section in less transformations if you chained them together better

Girl power station isn't the hardest to me, it's the balloon popping levels that hurt me
Nice, girl power is currently the only level I haven't beaten, though I definitely have improved from the last time I tried it.
righteous rails is slightly harder for me than girl power station
same, i found girl power station fairly quick but i spent ages and ages retrying the box and baloon popping ones

Replying to statement at 3:42: submerging in ink only increases how fast ink reloads, you still reload passively. You can even see the ink reload slightly in the tank on agent 8's back during the clip.

6:16 here you can actually use the conveyor-belts on the left to get up and you dont actually have to be in octopus form to get up

Hey mate you probably know this by now but the agent 3 you fought isn’t the hardest boss in the game, if you complete all the levels and get all the mem cakes and you don’t owe pearl anything you can find the secret boss inner agent 3 which is the hardest boss in the game

20:40 Very impressive, btw if you activate a special (ink armor works best) you get your ink completely refilled!
Ink conservation was kinda really only needed in like unsafe areas, timed areas requiring kills or areas where you keep moving because passive regeneration
it wasn't much of a problem for the most part, but it was terrible when you actually had to be timed

I’ve noticed that in splat 3 (at the very least) you do regain ink by just standing in it. I haven’t played the other games but that might also be the case
You do gain in by standing, it’s just really slow

Ah Girl power station- as a simple little roller I honestly just hacked it. Id get to a fair point but then I'd get overwhelmed by them spamming specials.

doesn't using a special recover all of the ink in your tank? if so i think if you used this to your advantage with ink armor girl power station would have been easier. you still acomplished a feat of mankind though
I felt like using it where I did was more advantageous because I could have easier access to a better special that would work better for me. I can’t remember exactly what I did but that’s just a guess
