I have eaten bole with peanut, that has a unique taste, particularly for those in Lagos, and possibly western Nigeria, I think it’s great, but for the port harcourt, and Bayelsa folks, the sauce and roasted fish appears to be an ideal compliment to eat with the bole. Personally, both fried peanut and sauce is a win, win compliment to eat this wonderful food.
Really? Anyway it's always good to try new things!
Nah! Bole with peanut is for Lagos people
I have tried Bole with groundnut but it’s nothing compared to the real deal which is with the pepper sauce.
Oya ooo...pepper sauce is the way!!
Thank you so much for this video, I am about starting this business in Edo state, I really learnt some things here. God bless you
Please I love know if Tomatoes is added to the sauce?
Pls teach how to make the sauce... I mean recipe for bole sauce
Pls can you teach me the recipe for bole sauce?
So nice I love plantain so much. But I have not tried it with groundnut. I wonder how it will taste. My dear Weldone❤️❤️❤️❤️
Me too..and to think I don't ever think of it when I'm eating it with "the sauce"🤭💕💕
Please what is the recipe for the pepper sauce?
Please don't forget to like and comment 😍
I have tried it with groundnut, we lagosians love it that way but for me it doesn’t have a special taste
God bless her
I'd love to try with groundnuts too😍😍
Please how did u make the pepper sauce
You didn't add how the bole sauce is prepared
🤔
I want to start this business in Abuja. Im and I’m interested in the sauce

Bole with groundnut is really nice too. We enjoy it here in Lagos. 😊

Thanks for this recipe. Am going to try it this Christmas. Please did she add maggi and salt to the sauce?

Hi, I just want to ask how many times do you turn and which level of fire do you use and if it's possible to re-roast if it wasn't ready 🙂🙂 please help
😂😂😂😂 I don’t think there is a formula for that. It appears you cook by learning the trade through observation, the trick is not to let it burn, the same goes for the yam. You will turn it around until you find a state of equilibrium on all side of the plantain, and move it to the zone where the coal is burning low on the burner so it cooks slowly inside. You don’t want it to be dried, it has to be soft, so it will be yummy in taste to the consumer. Now you will have to learn the secret of sauce making from the old hands, it like a hand me down knowledge.
As much as you can so it doesn't burn 👍
Please what type of fish does she use?
Iced fish
It's called kote in Lagos state
Correct video
Thanks for watching
Bolé is life
You know thizzzz😃😃
Naija have banana, but they don't know fried banana and fried fish like Ivory Cost, they have plenty good cassava and don't know to make "attieke". They don't know to make "foutou banane". Why some local women don't go to Ivory Cost for learn this dishes?
Thanks for watching 👍
Nigeria and ivory coast is two different country ok we dont eat your food our is totally different from yours get that copied
@@bellastephen3609 ok sorry for my suggestion. England is so far from Naija, but you eat bread, why?
@@lexuslexus630 every country eats bread and we make it differently too,our food is different our culture is different also
@@bellastephen3609 Wheat + water + yeast, the white man bread recipe is the same wherever it has been imposed. Let's learn to know the foods of our African neighbours, it's also a form of integration. I am from Burkina, during my trips in Lagos, I learned how to cook egusi soup and garri, amala and ewedu, ..etc. In my country, I often cook these dishes from Naija and I am proud of it.
