After getting the new land I decided to rebuild my entire kingdom. I took awhile but I'm happy with the results. I put The Little Mermaid and Peter Pan in the new plots. The Little Mermaid needs to be by Eric's Castle for me.

unlocked the captain. hes at 7 captain hats and 9 ear hats. Got M-O to level 3. No interesting rewords in the tower challenge for me.
