Just turning 32 years old in my short young life i don't think ive heard outboards make that whine sound. What an incredible sound. Just like the whistle turbo diesel engines make
Incredible boat! It still amazes me how some people in this country can't afford to eat three meals a day, while others make enough to afford a boat like this. I tell my kids every single day, HARD WORK in school, internships, and eventually, at work. Otherwise you'll be putting clothes on a rack at Walmart for $15 an hour, and living in a roach infested apartment!
And let me tell you, Mike the owner is the epitome of an American dream success story. Son of a Greek immigrant whose parents stressed education who went on to law school and is a CPA to boot. More power to him I say
@@jiggingjerks As long as he doesn't work so much that he doesn't have time to enjoy the fruits of his labor. There has to be a balance, life is too short to work all the time!
@@mikeknottscreek8183 agree but just to be clear, he’s worked very hard for every penny. His dad was an immigrant from Greece and Mike went to law school and worked long hours to get to where he is in life :)
@@jiggingjerks that's a great story. Just getting through Law or Medical school is above my ability. But I've been self employed for 45 years and just retired so I can use my boat more.
John, last week on your podcast you discussed windfinder and windy apps, can you do a quick discussion about them concerning the wave predictions tonight ? I haven’t been out in a while and wanted to try tomorrow in the Sound, they’re predicting 2.5 every 8 seconds, has it been that wavy this past week? Do you find them to be accurate ? That’s certainly not ideal for my 18’ boat ? Thanks. PS that was crazy fast !
Are you guys aware that there is world class tuna fishing like a few miles from where you fluke sometimes? When are we going to see you guys get humbled by some over bluefin on the jig?
So tuna is not my thing but Mike, the owner of this boat, went tuna fishing a few days after shot this and landed a nice bluefin. He was nice enough to share a really chunky steak with me. There's not many fish I would prefer over a rib eye, but fresh tuna is definitely one

Love Davidoff cigars. It pays to be a doctor lawyer or politician!!! Beautiful boat too! LIFE IS GOOD WHEN YOU WORK HARD!
Supercrab is an insane boat, and has a great guy for a captain. I must say I love Docs choice of shirt as well 😉😎😂
Insane boat. Mike enjoying a nice Davidoff💪🏼🇺🇸
I noticed that too...pricey cigar for a pricey boat!
Great smoke
@@muddywaters1934not that pricey. The boat yes! Haha
Doc not losing his hat might be the most impressive bit 😂

Podcast is next week but yes, great idea
@@jiggingjerks oh ok I thought it was every week thanks.
2.5 at 8 seconds is about as calm as any body of water will get, watch the wind more than the waves. If it’s over 15mph it will be choppy
@@marcopugliese5946 I tried out of Mattituck, 2.5 every 8 seconds my ass, more like 3.5-4 every second ! Turn around maybe next week, thanks.
@@marcopugliese5946 2.5’ every 8 seconds was more like 4’ every second ! Turn around and head back home, maybe next week. Thanks for your help.
Incredible boat! $1.2 mil?
Less than half
Carbon footprint?
@@BobACNJ I don't think anyone is thinking about that
