  • Even if the fishing sucks, like it did this July day, the ability to cruise to the fishing grounds at 50 mph with a top end north of 70 mph, will aways put a smile on your face.
The Nor-Tech 392 is a boat that will DEFINITELY put a smile on your face. It's a true hard-core fishing machine with more rod holders than you can imagine and with 1600 HP at the transom, speed will never be an issue!

Incredible boat! It still amazes me how some people in this country can't afford to eat three meals a day, while others make enough to afford a boat like this. I tell my kids every single day, HARD WORK in school, internships, and eventually, at work. Otherwise you'll be putting clothes on a rack at Walmart for $15 an hour, and living in a roach infested apartment!

And let me tell you, Mike the owner is the epitome of an American dream success story. Son of a Greek immigrant whose parents stressed education who went on to law school and is a CPA to boot. More power to him I say

John, last week on your podcast you discussed windfinder and windy apps, can you do a quick discussion about them concerning the wave predictions tonight ? I haven’t been out in a while and wanted to try tomorrow in the Sound, they’re predicting 2.5 every 8 seconds, has it been that wavy this past week? Do you find them to be accurate ? That’s certainly not ideal for my 18’ boat ? Thanks. PS that was crazy fast !

So tuna is not my thing but Mike, the owner of this boat, went tuna fishing a few days after shot this and landed a nice bluefin. He was nice enough to share a really chunky steak with me. There's not many fish I would prefer over a rib eye, but fresh tuna is definitely one
