  • Well, I ended up making another one of these. That's just what my channel is now. Color-Coded Zsasz lyrics. But that's okay because I love them very much.
    * At the request of someone in the comments on my Nuigurumi video, I'll label the girls' photos in future videos and I've updated descriptions of past videos to include their names. Honestly not sure why I haven't been doing that the whole time, but...
In order from left to right: Tim Vincent, Rom, Shuugetsu Shino, Nagase Ritsu, Saku.
If you're wondering why they're in that order, it's the order they appear in during the bridge of the Peter Peter music video.
Okay, obligatory apology for mistakes: My Japanese isn't very strong, like I said last time. I'm *mostly sure I got their parts right. I can tell their voices apart when they're singing solo, but once they sing together, I'm terrible at picking voices out!!! But I again went off of a couple live performances so unless they change parts when they perform live, these should be right.
Also. For the "haiya haiya haiya harahetta" I KNOW there's parts where they say something other than harahetta. I have no idea what it is and couldn't find the lines in anyone else's lyrics so I just left them as is.
EDIT: As pointed out by 織色, the other chants are ハイヤ あソレ! ハイヤ あヨイショ! [haiya, a sore! haiya, a yoisho!]. And (to my knowledge) chants are pretty much all they are - they don't have an exact translation. They're what's known as 掛け声 [kakegoe]. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kakegoe
Closest would be sort of like "Ah, just like that!" and "Ah, let's go!" (Kind of... 'yoisho' is especially hard to translate because... well, this person explains it better than I can:
    www.japantimes.co.jp/life/201... )
    So, thank you, 織色 !
People have translated this song before me (and their translations are probably better than mine) so please check them out here as well:
    Kisu Odd:
    • 【Zsasz】EAT (2020 Ver)【... (Zsasz)
    • 【Utsu-P】EAT (GALAPAGOS... (Vocaloid)

    • 【鬱P】Utsu-P - EAT Engli...
(Initially I was just going to use one of their translations, but I decided against it because I didn't want to use them without permission, and I kept getting nervous when I thought about asking, lol...)
Ritsu doesn't have a lot of lines in this song and that makes me a little bit sad because her voice has a certain charm to it that I really like. On the other hand, this song definitely features Saku and Tim as the "centers", and I love them very much, so I can't be too upset.
Like last time, I have a Google document with the color-coded lyrics here:

Zsasz is my favorite idol group, and I want them to get popular, so it would be nice if you supported the official release of this song as well:
