Pickelball - great video! Some other video coaches explain a shot, then hit the ball back and forth, trying to show it. You edit the video so that we can clearly see the example that you’ve explained. This is the first I’ve seen your videos, so far the 2 I’ve watched are very clear and well explained. Well worth the effort you put into editing.

I have found out that I need to improve on how to speed up high balls, and how to do a drive. I will really like to see more videos about those two shots.
One needs to distinguish the difference between hitting through the ball and moving when your opponents are hitting the ball. One uses a pause then dynamic stability to hit through the ball. While the other tends to add too many variables to your swing. The other thing I see is too many people hitting the ball tong when trying to keep their opponent back. Do make sure you are using a margin for error while trying to keep them back. The goal is to keep them back with pressure without giving them free points.
