He could take or something like that I don't know the exact, but he would easily still be standing after that final blow between Godzilla and him. Also, his guns are not normal guns. They broke through the armor, and the skin of a titan that can travel between universes and multi-verses Easily so again his weapons would do a half decent amount of damage.
but still they would have a good and hard time fighting godzilla here used ancient energy while it won't destroy his armor from yet it will take damage also the end will be somewhat true while doom slayer might get bored since godzilla is not a demon so he has no point of wasteing his time on it and godzilla knew that fight is pointless
