- Air France's upper-deck Business Class on their A380s is underwhelming when compared to other European airlines, but I still enjoyed this flight on the largest commercial plane in existence!
Air France is the flag carrier of France, with its global hub at Charles de Gaulle Airport and domestic hub at Orly Airport. It's a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group and a founding member of the SkyTeam global airline alliance. The airline transits over 45,000,000 passengers a year.

My very first time on an A380 was also with AF, on the CDG-SFO route. I fell in love with this aircraft and have since selected airlines and flights using them to and from Europe as much as I possibly could.

Nice aircraft and that tail view is amazing. I've been to Paris before in 2003 for my birthday. I remember when I arrived and the immigration officer was checking my passport, he handed it back to me and said Happy Birthday, welcome to Paris. Best birthday present ever.

Great video as always q-man. I was surprised by Air France having a 2-2-2 biz class config where on something like the 787, its a 1-2-1. I do like their service and style though! Great as always mate and welcome back to the US
As soon as you got off, you felt the american oppression: "STOP!!!' YOU CAN"T FILM IN HERE!!!!!" Welcome back to the Land of Rules!!! I remember once i took a Greyhound bus trip from Phoenix to Tucson, It was a bus starting its route to Dallas TX. During the first half an hour , the driver was on the microphone reciting all the rules, and random things that we weren't allowed to do on the bus. I still take that trip every 3 weeks, but im so glad I'm able to drive there all the time!! At least I don't feel in a mobile prison! LOL
It´s a pity AF is going to "retire" the A380! Nice video kiddo! Thanks for sharing...

I flew on an Air France A380 a few weeks ago in business class. I remember reading a few disappointing reviews about the product, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew were friendly, the seats surprisingly comfortable, and the food was great. I just wish they didn't keep the cabin so warm as there weren't individual air controls. I quite enjoyed it!
I flew this exact same plane(F-HPJG) just recently in business class also from paris to miami!

This is a really old, 90s, business configuration, even though it's on an A380. Too bad AF wasn't thinking about this.

No problem! Yeah they obviously weren’t as comfortable as the fully lie flat seats, but it’s not too noticeable
You should fly first class back on air France on the a380.

I was at MCO a few months ago and an a380 took off from there. It’s amazing to see something that big take off!

I’m not a big lounge person, and I’m too young to be allowed in the majority of them
QFS Aviation drinking age in France is 16. So unless you’re not 16 years old, you shouldn’t have any issues entering lounges in France

I don't think F-HPJG will be retired. FR24 says it is still actively operating with Air France.

Believe it or not this was actually more expensive than my Emirates flight, so technically I'd go with Emirates.
There is not one airline in the world that can compete with the big 3 Arab carriers when it comes to business class. Maybe Singapore or Cathay but thats it!
