There are a number of comments that criticize the audience. First, I strongly urge you to just let people live their lives. Your life isn't any better or worse than theirs. If they didn't do what you think you would do, it doesn't mean they need to be put down. You're not perfect or a moral compass for how people should act at comic book conventions. Next, there's no need for such negativity, especially since you're criticizing without knowing the full story. In fact, the reason that the audience is not dancing, clapping, or otherwise getting involved in some way is due to the lack of sound. These amazing cosplayers brought a small radio. I put the microphone in front of it to get the sound. But most of the room, especially with the carpet muting the sound, could not hear the music. So as far as they were concerned, it was a couple of cosplayers dancing in virtual silence. That makes it less enticing to move with the music. Also, it was early Sunday morning and I think people were a little tired after 2 days of comiccon. So that's my note for today. I don't comment often but it seems we all have lots more time these days. Take care.
People might say these two aren't as good as the scene in the film, but remember, with the film, they could do multiple takes when needed and also incorporate professional doubles in.
Not bad for no stunt doubles or cgi or film crew. I was little disappointed that they didn't somehow work in where he tossed her up and Checked his watch lol. Like I know they couldn't pull that off but some spin of that scene would have been nice to see
This was taken by one camera and at one angle. And it already looks amazing. Imagine how epic the cinematography would look if they used more cameras at different angles.
Omg you’re so right! I performed and choreographed it and did not think of filming it! I Performed a part of it this past weekend actually, and with different angles it would have been amazing! Necessary I’d say!! Thank you for your comment (. Not my video, but me in the performance, which I should have filmed 😂)
I know it's a year old but more cameras doesn't inherently make something more epic nor cinematic. That's kinda the logic that leads to every fight in action movies these days being a jumbled mess of fast cuts and blurs with no rhyme or reason
It was great but there's no way you can dance to this on a carpet You need to be on a dance floor. I could tell that affected the performance a lot. Naturally high heels are going to get caught in a carpet like that.

The Professional Critics give _The Mask_ a 77% Fresh🍅 rating at Rotten Tomatoes. Then there’s its financial success. It recovered more than its production budget during its opening weekend, adjusted for 25 Years inflation that’s $39,861,811.70. The total U.S. Theatrical Gross (both adjusted for inflation) was $206,815,806.84. Add that to total international box office and you end up with $606,251,258.38. _The Mask_ earned something like a 1000%+ return on its money. That’s not an underappreciated movie by any stretch of the imagination.
