I think you are definitely using way too many pieces of wood..try using a blend of 70/25/5 = 70% charcoal briquettes/25% lump/5% wood..it comes out perfectly.
Great video, Danny! It’s refreshing seeing a bbq video where things don’t go as planned! That’s how life works. The end result was awesome. Looking forward to many more bbq videos!
Either way it's cool to watch! I just got my Branco yesterday and I'm seasoning it now. Thanks for the cooking and gaming videos, I'm into both! I hope you keep making and it goes well for you!
Thank you! I try to make it that way, I think everything is too polished and perfect. There’s bound to be mishaps when you’re still learning is what I believe.
Yeah I just noticed that, this is probably my 3rd time using lump in here. I bought a few bags of briquettes from Walmart and they sent me lump instead of briquettes. I have to restock on the briquettes after I get some space 😅
Bronco’s or any barrel smoker are so fun to use. Hanging hot n fast baby backs are a game changer. I picked up a fireboard temp control and blower on sale w/ an adapter you can find through etsy . Another game changer if you have other things to do. Great job on the vid bud. Looking forward to more. Makes me reminisce when I just started out.
I have seen the fireboard mod and thought those were interesting, makes me think about my master built gravity series smoker. I am always excited to some smoke food so there will be more!
I came here for the same thing, I've never seen a house with no cabinet doors... at first I noticed the lazy susan, and thought huh thats weird no door... Then I realized no doors on anything?? wow lol
Next time just back off in the wood chunks. That’s probably where you’re getting that spike in heat. Other than that you’re doing great! Don’t be afraid to ask questions and get as much feedback as you can, that will only make you better! 👏🏽
Just a little pro tip their was some beef talo at the bottom of your pan. Next time, pour that on the sliced meat. But that was a great smoke ring. Good job!!!
Yeah the smoke flavor actually came out light. I have had it before where the smoke was SUPER smoky, bitter and off putting. I sometimes get too impatient and want to start throwing the food on there before the smoke thins out. What do you suggest?
@DannysaurDD u know I'm not trying to be rude I suggest u don't put as much wood either because it just gonna be alot of fire more then smoking the brisket and I say u want clear smoke when u put some for like a brisket put like for me 5 or 4 good so put the wood there and leave the lid open intell the wood get full or mostly black hope these tip work have fun!
Good job buddy! You will only get better with time. New sub here, looking forward to see you grow! I go live on Saturdays at 6:30 p.m. central. Come hang out sometime and talk all things BBQ!

I will have to try that here soon once the weather gets nicer. Thank you for the tip my friend!
Thanks for sharing that info ✊🏾
He’s nice to see a young man smoking grilling thank you for your time and effort. I can’t wait to get my Oklahoma Joe should have it for Christmas.
Hopefully you have got the chance to use it for Christmas or got the big reveal! Merry Christmas!

No joke! Every video I watch is the same and ends with someone going, "oh wow! This is soooo good!" LOL
Yes thank you! The weather is going to start getting nice so hopefully some more cooks soon, even if I fail 😅
I would like to hope my cooking is good 😂, I will get there eventually
Either way it's cool to watch! I just got my Branco yesterday and I'm seasoning it now. Thanks for the cooking and gaming videos, I'm into both! I hope you keep making and it goes well for you!

Great work! Really impressed.
Thank you for the support!
Good video man, thanks for sharing and also for showing your missteps; that makes it seem more real.
Thank you! I try to make it that way, I think everything is too polished and perfect. There’s bound to be mishaps when you’re still learning is what I believe.
Great production, keep it up!
I am always still learning how to make the production smoother, thank you for the support!
Brisket looks good! That B&B lump burns super hot, I prefer B&B briquettes, easier to control temps.
Yeah I just noticed that, this is probably my 3rd time using lump in here. I bought a few bags of briquettes from Walmart and they sent me lump instead of briquettes. I have to restock on the briquettes after I get some space 😅
Still haven't made a brisket, but maybe when I get to be "older." Good job - thanks for sharing. God Bless.
Haha when the time is right youll get there my friend, Thank you for your support!
When you were stock at 175 181... you should wrap and crank the heat a little to push trought that stall
Yeah I kind of blanked and forgot about wrapping it or foil boating it. That stall is probably what made the cook so long huh? 😅
Wow im so glad i found your channel today, great watch! Keep up the good work!
Thank you DJI lover! (This was shot with a DJI osmo pocket 3 lol)
nice video man
Thank you man, I’m trying to get better every video!

That is the fattest smoke ring I’ve ever seen! Great video!

It was pretty delicious, I did lose some juiciness for resting it the way I did 😭
Thanks for the video, now I know what not to do when I try my first brisket.
Noooo 😂. I think I had a few good spots, some spots could have definitely use some work though. Happy smoking my friend!

Nice cook bro
Thank you! Could’ve done a few things a bit better but it’ll get better 😅
No cabinet doors is wild af
I have had it like this for 2 years, you think it’s time to put it back on? 😂
I came here for the same thing, I've never seen a house with no cabinet doors... at first I noticed the lazy susan, and thought huh thats weird no door... Then I realized no doors on anything?? wow lol
I know I know, I need to fix it 😅
Next time just back off in the wood chunks. That’s probably where you’re getting that spike in heat. Other than that you’re doing great! Don’t be afraid to ask questions and get as much feedback as you can, that will only make you better! 👏🏽
Thank you for the tip! I just wonder how many wood chunks is enough now…
@@DannysaurDD with those size of chunks you don’t need much. I’d say only 4 maybe 5 max.
@@BabyDiego10599 going to have to try it next cook, thank you for the tip!
Btw that brisket looked great!
Turned out 👍
Turned out good, I think could turn out better with a couple of changes though! All trial and error from here… I think?
keep it up bro
Thank you man!
I subbed . Hope to see more cooking/BBQ videos .
Yes I plan on it once the weather starts getting better here, thank you for the support!
Just a little pro tip their was some beef talo at the bottom of your pan. Next time, pour that on the sliced meat. But that was a great smoke ring. Good job!!!
Yeah I was planning on using it but it looked burnt so I’m not sure I wanted that in there, I have to make better tallow next time though!

Yeah my knives are no good, not sharp for anything!!
Nice video keep smoking!

I initially thought I was going to redo my cabinets and had it like that for a couple years now. Just became normal to me haha
