I animate in 24 fps. Most anime are too. Make sure that at a higher fps, you add in additional frames between the other frames. Mainly do it just after a start frame and just before an end frame to make it more realistic

He is a mercenary and has a very high battle IQ, can reason quickly and knows how to make good use of his habilitys,and he can also make strategies quickly and deduce things very quickly

Btw (read this for more info on my character)
Blue has a special ability named "shatter".. Using the ability requires his halo to shatter which gives him more power and the ability to use "Sheer".. Sheer can boost abilities.. Such as Sheer strength,sheer speed, etc
Sheer abilities range from x1 - x1000, blue can only use 3 sheer abilities at a time, using sheer abilities does cause him pain the highest he uses, x1 is equal to no pain, but x1000 is equal to getting stabbed x1000 times
