honestly, i think edens soul is pretty good. it can be charged completely with a little battery now, and when you dont have an active item, theres no loss to taking this. and batteries are fairly common just take it to a devil deal room, or angel or treasure or whatnot and bam. two free items. i just dont see the downside.
You know euthenasia can one shot enemies and those annoying statues that shoot tears can be killed. If you watch a guy called 'Syncer' he recently made a video on it and what the item can do as a whole

Regardless, I feel like Afterbirth + added, a bit too many strong items to the game. And there's, really nothing to balance it out
I missed my 9yr old niece's wedding watching this AWESOME video! Honorable mention: Guppy's Head! Why? Because who doesn't LOVE having juicy succulent blue flies surrounding you after every room clear?! Not only does it count as 1 of 3 items needed to cosplay as a naked infantile psychopath's dead kitty, if you keep your distance from weak-ass enemies, you get to see more and more pretty blue adult maggots create an aura of destruction around you, pretty much Guppy's rotting corpse' s best quality. Love the vids and enjoy all of your dedication and knowledge of this AMAZING GAME!
Oh yeah, this is an Afterbirth video. But honestly, digging up your dead cats head for the 897th time always seems like a new added experience to me! I do it all the time! It's how I like to start new adventures.... like a rabbit's foot, it gives me all the luck I could ever need when venturing out into the real world! People are in awe when they see and smell it's presence in front of them!

I love how almost every single tear effect item made it onto the list or into the honorable mentions. I'm a pretty huge fan of Apple and probably would have placed it on the list. Some of the items I would have rearranged differently, And while I do love compound fracture, I can't say it's better than cricket's body
I love ur edits and the thought and effort you put in ur top tens. I wish i could come up with a good issac list request. Maybe top 5-10 annoying things beginners say/think/do.
Delirious is a cool item but I'm not convinced it's a cool item... If the bosses stayed throughout different rooms then I absolutely would believe in its power.
gotta say, kinda disappointed that you didn't put my personal favorite item Serpent's Kiss on the list as with a high fire rate and high damage you will never need to worry about taking damage or getting health ever again.
