I was at a boat show years ago. Dressed in jeans and a tshirt. Not one sales person talked to me. About an hour in I was looking at at Bayliner and this young kid walked me through every detail spent about an hour showing me.. I bought two on that day. One for each of my sons..
22 years ago, I was looking for a new boat. I went to a boat dealership and looked at the boats. I seen salesmen sitting at their desk doing nothing. I waited for about 45 mins and no one came to ask me if I wanted info on any boats. Then, I went to a Crestliner dealership. A salesmen asked me if I needed assistance in less than a min. I bought a new boat about 45 min after being ignored by the first boat dealership.
Stabi's are the best. I had a 1650 fisher & the only one in Michigan. It was always a conversation piece when leaving the boat launch. It at 16.5 feet handles rough conditions fantastic. Due to physical problems I sold my boat. But it handled the great lakes without a problem. Been out in it on 5 footers.
Awesome video, Alfred. Remember I hooked you up with Paul for the interview. I'm in Hervey Bay Qeensland now. Everybody is saying don't get a Stabi. So that is exactly what I'm getting!
Great job "Alred M." "Stabicraft" boats will be a hot item when people will see all the advantages of owning one. "Low maintenance." "Great fuel economy." "Solid and safe boat."
Love these boats!! Wish they would come to the east coast! Why aren't there aluminum boats on the east coast. is it the Salt levels of the Atlantic? They are lightweight, easier to tow, fuel efficient and cost less than the fiberglass boats. Thanks for all your videos. Maybe they will come to the Florida or the New York Boat Show one day.....
@@hankschrader149 @Enrico Laudato I agree, Enrico Laudato could be a proud new owner of the first StabiCraft on the East coast, or by this time one of the first few. .
I love the look of this boat... But ai have two quick questions to know if it's suitable for my needs. Can it be used for both lakes and off shore fishing? Does the stainless steel and all of what looks like metal/S.S. inside the boat get hot by sunlight?
We need half cover Boats in the pnw. So much waves and rain it’s ridiculous that people even look at boats without it being covered or an open bow. One wave and your sunk
I dunno. Nothing about these boats really says fishing to me. they seem like diving/rescue boats. Massive bow rails and big chonky gunwales just aren't the vibe when I'm fishing. I don't really do any deep sea shit, but i don't know how you would land anything comfortably in these. Even that obvious attempt at a fishing boat at 14:45 has some super weird design choices. That bow is atrocious lol
I live down the road from stabicraft. They finishing about 20 boats a week atm... virtually unsinkable don’t mean your safe. 7 people died in a stabi 3 months ago here in NZ.
Yep, unsinkable, but they will roll over in breaking waves just like any other boat. Potentially even more so due to their light weight, the bigger forward racking cab models look too top heavy for my liking. I can see how buyers can get complacent thinking their boat is unsinkable and they are entirely safe, and nothing can go wrong.
@@colinmckay3868 Yes I understand that's what happened unfortunately. But my point was the common frase that a lot of manufacturers are going for is the word unsinkable. For the inexperienced this can be their undoing. It's not the sinking it's the boat, it's the boat flipping over in rough water, swells or that rogue wave.. That design is no more susceptible to flipping over than most other V hulls..
You won't regret it. They are made for the south island of NZ and it's tough down there so they are made tough for safety of mind and horrible seas to get you home. Buy with confidence you won't regret.
ME LIKEY!! OMG #1 not sold wtf? I always want to see tie downs on the deck, especially if I want to bring more fuel. $155?! wow thats alot a boat for the price
19:10 6'5" 225 ... ripped.... lol dude.... SORRY BRO I AM ACTUALLY 6-4 and YOU MY FRIEND DO NOT AIM A CAMERA LIKE A SIXFOOTER DUDE.... more like a 5-8 or MAYBE 5-10 !! LOL I REALLY LIKE THE NORTH WEST BOATS!!! :) I mean I like the warm water boats down in FLA but dude...... put an AIRCONDITIONER in there and woah!! :) you are READY TO PARTY WHEN YOU GET TO BIMINI!! :) not been beat in the face and frontside at 60 mph for 10 hours!!!
i like the boats a lot except for honey , wake up i got to take a poop under where your head is . & the interiors are like euro campers . These great looking boats -, that seem to have everything you would need , except for more room . for me ; a 2050 with a heater - would make an ideal dock runabout - top pick @ this size
As a New Zealander, it’s so good to see our boats on the world stage. Americans are going to love these incredible tanks

Stabicraft Is a hell of a Company...they sell these fantastic boats in Australia, Philippines Thailand etc. ....great boats unsinkable....bravi
And New Zealand!
And New Zealand...of course😁💪
Where in Philippines? I’m interested
Great to see you celebrating Kiwi excellence. Reciprocated by this Kiwi who has been loving your work for eons . Kia Kaha - stay strong.
These things are next level. Over built to last. Reminds me of naval construction. Great vid!
This is Alfred Montaner at his best!!! Nobody does the boat tour - interview better than him! Thanks man.
Thanks John im doing what I can to make the content entertaining and informative. Appreciate the kind words
I wish they had these type boat when I was young. Great Video. They would be great on the east coast.
They should partner with a dealer in Maine.

AWESOME BOAT!
Those 14' and 15' are perfect for the boathouse storage fisheries in the sound. Pt.Defiance, its perfect
The WT at the end was Amazing, I have not seen anything in its class, Welded Aluminum is second to none.
Awesome video, Alfred. Remember I hooked you up with Paul for the interview. I'm in Hervey Bay Qeensland now. Everybody is saying don't get a Stabi. So that is exactly what I'm getting!
Good morning, Mr.Alfred from San Antonio, Tx. Red is my favorite color.
Never heard of these boats previous to this video. This is the way I would build a boat!
Got a 2250 wt on order!!! Should be ready by fishing season!
Killin’ it! I need some of those styles in my east coast life
Love these boats!! Can’t wait till I can get one!
Great job "Alred M." "Stabicraft" boats will be a hot item when people will see all the advantages of owning one. "Low maintenance." "Great fuel economy." "Solid and safe boat."
Very informative. Thanks for sharing!
The 2250 would be great for a weekend of river fishing, I could see it happening.
Love those Stabicraft boats, but it brought a tear when only on West Coast, COME TO FLORIDA, COME TO FLORIDA, COME TO FLORIDA
I love this line up very nice crafts like the price point thanks for this video.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Bummed that we missed seeing you at Seattle Boat Show, Akfred. Glad you made it to PNW!
Happy that I'm not the only one in lust about the 1550 Frontier.

I got to touch that one before you Alfred! Down here in the S.F. Bay area. And met the guy that is running the new facility in Washington.
WOWZA FACTOR.. is huge here.. i would love to own this boat.
I would love to have the SL model with Sealeggs.
Love these boats. When I was boat show shopping, I’d take my kids. Let them be kids on the boat. That way you’d know how well it’s really built. 😊
A unique offer from Stabicraft USA would be a jet power option.
Great boats
Wow, nice to see that cool boat..I hope i can buy it someday because i live near beach, 🤣
Man if I was on the ocean I’d buy a stabicraft. I’m not sure what I like about them so much. Might be the style. These boats just look so damn good.
Nice boats
I love that Red paint on those Stabicraft. I wonder if those aluminum floors and gunnels get hot in the sun?
They only get hot when you order the straight checker plate floor order the U Deck it’s brilliant don’t slip no hot feet and easy to keep clean.
I love the look of this boat... But ai have two quick questions to know if it's suitable for my needs. Can it be used for both lakes and off shore fishing? Does the stainless steel and all of what looks like metal/S.S. inside the boat get hot by sunlight?
Im in the market, im looking hard at Stabicraft. I also live close to the Hewescraft factory.
If they make a 1850 center cab walk around with high wrap around rails for rail tuna fishing, I would be sold.
These are filled with water completely and the motor still sits out of the water and will still work. Kiwi boat the best
These 1550 boats are going to sink Lund/Crestliner and the rest of the manufacturers that are focused in the Midwest

I'm so happy to see these guys coming out here.
@@matthewkirkland6497 then you take the 1550 fisher with closed front. They have much worse waves and weather in NZ
They test these boats in the bar at buff also known as hells gate and the waves can pick really high

Waiting for dealership in Ontario , Canada .
Finally they make them on this continent!
Where in America? So far only place I see them is in the NW. I really want the 1550 frontier down in Florida.
I don't need a boat, but if i did, 1550 would be it!

I’ll take the ultra center cab
Stabi in the states 🤘! Honda?
Is it possible to get the 2250 walk through with sea legs? Thanks.
Want a tiler steer one.
Just may have to replace my 22 year old crestliner with a 1550. That one was my first new vehicle purchase.

Sire, ask him, (the salesman) what do you do when there is a lightning storm ,? Just curious. I really like what I see for the most part.
You do the same thing everyone else does in a fiberglass boat and get the hell off the water.
9:53 to 10:13 So basically a 20 second attention span
🤘
I don’t understand why there not in Florida tho …. Florida is one of the greatest states to buy a boat in country [ personal opinion ]
The future of boats, including salt boats. Sea Ark and now the Stabicraft. These warrant some looking into.
Alaska has held Stabicraft for years now 😳
💪
What’s the purpose for having one big motor and one small motor?
They use the smaller motor to troll. It minimizes hours on the main motor
Safety and redundancy.
Why Don't you bring the mighty stabi to Malaysia. For your information, Malaysian love stabicraft.
So who's the US dealer in the Midwest?
155k not bad for boat with pilot house
Gulf coast ???
awesome until you get the price
150 k what job pays enough to purchase these.......
good to see how they rip us off in Australia with pricing 🤷♂️

Never showed the hull which is what makes it stable
Still aluminum John boat
