I am a bit sympathetic with the sisters. Really a bit. After all they made him go through.. It is correct that he would stay away from them. But, the 2 nd sister did start looking at things differently without even reading his journal. Everyone of them broke his heart multiple times and years are not enough for them to make it up to him. Everyone was so full of themselves that they never bothered about their brother. They were naive and the adopted guy added to it. It is their loss to lose their awesome brother for life. This is the second time I watched this plot, but this time with a ML! This is a brutally, honest portrayal of how children are neglected and often mistreated, by so-called loved ones. All they wanted and was grateful to have was: A FAMILY!!! I love how the writers' allowed them to overcome it all and become successful a better people! Thank you through the tears and heartbreak, while watching these two version! Kudos to the two young actors that brought it to life!😭💔❤👏👏
This was good, and the ending was satisfying. The best was the sisters actually reflecting on what they did wrong, and understanding that they were wrong. Usually in these short dramas the evil people just double down and never reflect.
It's a great story.I cried a lot when the sisters realized their doings. I'm glad that he doesn't go back to his toxic family. It doesn't matter whether your family is blood related or not. You have to treat them right and have their backs at all times. Highly recommend you guys to watch this.
The acting is quite good and I really enjoyed the reversal of the roles in this drama. It's nice to see a different family dynamic than the usual. I thought the sisters were believable, the uninvolved dad seemed true to life, but the bad mom was more than a bit over the top lol. I would watch it again.

I have an hour left of this drama and this drama is really good! I'm real skeptical about male rebirth because they don't do those very well. This is a rebirth of a son who rejects his family and lives his best life. Definitely a must watch!!
ML 詹琸 is a very good actor. Am glad they found this good script for him. He also has beautiful eyes and is good looking. Am glad to see him at his natural best, without botox spoiling his acting. Hope he does not do anything to spoil his lovely face...

This storyline always breaks my heart and at the same time shows that with courage and strength one can accomplish goals. Family is not about blood it’s about love and support. He found his true family in his two best friends
plot is same as others but this felt fresh due to gender reversal. loved it. wish this one had a romance aspect like others did and it would be a complete happy plot. the mother's story made a bit more sense, and they had more story than just postpartum depression and leaving at that. loved the way they ended it. the mother had it coming. no the whole qin family had it coming.
If 2nd sister, and even 4th sister, had any brains at all, while trying to apologize and get him to go back, they wouldn't have pushed for him to go back yet and they wouldn't have used the word "family" to him. They would have understood that the "family" they gave him was toxic and was killing him and that no apology to him would be sincere at that point.

This series makes us learn that blood ties are not always thicker. It is the bond that you have with people who truly cares and loves you. Sometimes, those people who were your biological families are the one who'll betrays you, the one who'll throw stones at you when you were down and the one who'll push you to the edge and be desperate. MC is lucky enough to found real 'family' with his 2 friends. I'm also happy that it was implied that he forgives them but never forgets what they've done to him. They deserve it, after all.. This was my first reborn drama for a ML and I must say that the writers did an amazing job 👏.. It was emotional and intense and well written.. I felt his pain.. I even felt sorry for his sisters who realized too late what they lost.. One can say they deserved it but I still felt sorry for them.. Even though they were late they still recognized their fault and tried to apologize.. Unlike his dumbass parents.. They got what they deserved.. He was right to not forgive them.. Personally I would have liked to see him reunite with his sisters but I understand the concept of the story.. We can't choose who our parents are, but we can choose who will be our family.. A very sad story of Qin Fei being abused, mistreated, tortured by his own family members & was killed. After rebirth, he changed his life, and fought back & became successful. ML did a good job as Qin Fei. Here is one thing that the scriptwriter needs to be realistic, as the audience would definitely question. Who would walk on the middle of the road when there is the side walk/pathway for people to walk on? (Refer to the ending part of the drama.) Asking to be hit by vehicle?😅
I have watch this version in other drama, but I like this version more. I cannot watch this finished without crying, I just love how the male never forgive his family and cut ties with them earlier, his families are unforgivable.

I know the sisters have been very unfair with him and hurt him repeatedly, but the entire fault goes to parents to begin with. I admire him being good at heart and chose his own family in the world rather than getting back at his biological family. The sisters r did their share of mistakes but they are honestly repenting though. It may take him years to forgive them but I really hope he would forgive his sisters atleast and try to get along with them a bit💜

Wonderful story. Even though there wasn't any fl but the ml did his role too perfectly. I am happy that in this drama he didn't forgive his family at the end as what they did wasn't something to be forgiven but he also doesn't take his hatred to an extreme level which is also good❤

Really love this drama ... Actor was amzn in both role ... young n adult version... The way story define his struggle for family love in his journal was sad n heartbreaking... This definitely was a different type of drama! The heart renching torture scene at the hospital was so hard to watch! I watched, though it was so sad and mad me so angry 😢 😡! This actor Ricky did such an amazing acting job in every aspect of this series! His 2 friends were loving and caring of him and I actually didn't realize until the end that Ricky didn't have a love interest! I would give this 10 plus stars and I also downloaded to my favorites! I wish i know the actors name, the main lead has a cute face that reminds me of my friend from college, and the girl bestie too, she's cute. This short movie is one of the most great that i've ever seen. The characters development, the conflict, familyhood, the plottwist.. 人物刻劃細膩，從各方面表情跟結尾呼應可以看出，其實男主內心的一個小角落還是存在這些家人，只是十年之苦導致恨大於愛，在慶功宴的時候以及看到親子鑑定時的表情可以看出他其實心中確實有家人，只是家人令人失望，而他其實對姊姊們也釋懷了，沒有明說，但至少沒有像之前那樣語氣粗暴而只是點頭，而看到親子鑑定後雖然沒有言語表態，但其實可以看到一滴淚落下了。

The overall story, progression and acting was really good compared to other short-form series.

看完了，覺得男主的父母跟四個姊姊，當初把他弄丟，然後又接回家，然後再看不起他，覺得他身分已經被孤兒院污染了，其實我覺得養子不是最惡劣的，最令人覺得不恥的是他的家人，如果不是男主自己白手起家的話，根本也不會想要好好的去了解這個弟弟。
其實有血緣的並不一定是家人，沒血緣的也並不一定是陌生人。
所以最後男主跟著他兩個好朋友，在孤兒院幫助那些小孩，可見得他前半生最快樂的時光，是在被接回家去之前的時候。

@@SunitaRamgoolam i agree mostly cause I'm a big fan of mushy happily ever afters where everyone grows and gets to be a part of the happy ending. I would have enjoyed that ending but I'm still happy with the one we got

After rebirth, he changed his life, and fought back & became successful.
ML did a good job as Qin Fei.
Here is one thing that the scriptwriter needs to be realistic, as the audience would definitely question.
Who would walk on the middle of the road when there is the side walk/pathway for people to walk on? (Refer to the ending part of the drama.)

I have watch this version in other drama, but I like this version more. I cannot watch this finished without crying, I just love how the male never forgive his family and cut ties with them earlier, his families are unforgivable.

I know the sisters have been very unfair with him and hurt him repeatedly, but the entire fault goes to parents to begin with. I admire him being good at heart and chose his own family in the world rather than getting back at his biological family. The sisters r did their share of mistakes but they are honestly repenting though. It may take him years to forgive them but I really hope he would forgive his sisters atleast and try to get along with them a bit💜

Wonderful story. Even though there wasn't any fl but the ml did his role too perfectly. I am happy that in this drama he didn't forgive his family at the end as what they did wasn't something to be forgiven but he also doesn't take his hatred to an extreme level which is also good❤

Really love this drama ... Actor was amzn in both role ... young n adult version... The way story define his struggle for family love in his journal was sad n heartbreaking... He just needed family.. n he didn't got it till last with his blood related family... But was happy hes real family was his own choice.. his friends m his employee... Hes way too smart n good... Mom was villain though make sense but was complete nonsense.. dad was good for nothing... Sisters were brat n worst of all.. but they repented their actions which was good.. i luved 2nd role sis... I loved how he described his every sister in the journal... Amzn plot... 10/10... Best part no romance.. only his wishes to be successful with his own efforts, sincerity n humbleness

This definitely was a different type of drama! The heart renching torture scene at the hospital was so hard to watch! I watched, though it was so sad and mad me so angry 😢 😡! This actor Ricky did such an amazing acting job in every aspect of this series! His 2 friends were loving and caring of him and I actually didn't realize until the end that Ricky didn't have a love interest! I would give this 10 plus stars and I also downloaded to my favorites! It was so sad that he couldn't forgive his sisters especially his 2nd sister. But maybe it will happen!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💖

I wish i know the actors name, the main lead has a cute face that reminds me of my friend from college, and the girl bestie too, she's cute. This short movie is one of the most great that i've ever seen. The characters development, the conflict, familyhood, the plottwist.. All is *chef kiss
And to be honest, i've seen so many drama about this regresion genre that has the same plot, for me this is the best version. I can feel the sadness and hurt, bcz even if it just drama, sometimes somethinh crazy like what happened inside the drama really happened in real life, and i've ever been in the ml's position
i think this one has potential to be a good movie. Needs budget and improved script
