VW has lost the plot. With options this is a half a million rand car!!! WTF!! For those not concerned about their image get the Suzuki Swift GLX and pocket the change and increase your fixed asset wealth by putting a sizeable deposit on property instead of landing up sleeping in your car lol
Wait: it's not only about image. Some cars and brands are MOSTLY bought for the image gain (real or imagined), and this leads us to think the only thing they offer is image. I have been on a Swift, and on a Polo. The overall quality gap is really wide between the two. A car whose quality isn't far from the Polo's, and that costs less, is the new Clio. No doubt the Polo is overpriced (they make people pay for the "image" thing, basically). However, it's also the best mechanically (as for interiors and comfort, the CLio is even better than the Polo I think).
Aowa R445000 with no options for a polo 3cyl tsi. No ways. Forget. Asoze. I really think VW isn't the vw from the 90s and 2000s. Nah man. This is madness.
