I took NET in February as a pre medical student. Got 130 marks on my first attempt. Now I am again preparing for it. I am a little bit demotivated and cannot study properly but still I am preparing for it. I hope I'll improve this time.

Assalamualaikum. I have 8 A* in O-Level and 3 A (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in AS with predicted 3 A*. I am actually studying outside Pakistan. How much NET score will I need to get for even the most competitive program in CS/Engineering?
I have been preparing for it from last 30 days . 8 April first attempt and.after that July will be final try . Lack of motivation made me confused for long while.

did you study for the chemistry portion? And how much time did you spend preparing for the net?
Around 5-6 weeks total for NET. I spent maybe 5 days of that on Chemistry.

As an FSc pre-medical student from Sindh board, mjy NET deny chiyeya SAT? Fir Nust
NET for sure. SAT is expensive, and the English portion is very difficult to master.

Anything above 160 should be competitive. Getting above 170 will guarantee a spot.

also for chemistry did you do alot of practice or did you just read both the PTB textbooks
I mostly just read them and moved on. Didn't spend too much time on chemistry
