Towman , you only have the 2007 mdx ,, but I got it,, I find the transmission shaft that was the only way to move it,,, but thanks for your videos ones again
Great video! Thanks! I have a fuel issue with the same truck. It sat for a couple months and now won't start. The primer pump wasn't building pressure and so we replaced that. It now builds pressure, but after a couple minutes of just sitting, the pressure is gone and it has to be primed again. We don't see any fuel leaks. Any ideas?
Matthew Segroves good morning. It's a possibility that it can be the injector o ring seals. There was a time when i would have to use starting fluid to start the truck and it would run fine but as soon as I shut the truck off it wouldn't start again. Once the seals were changed it worked again.
@@TowMan127 thanks for the info! I bet that's an issue for sure. It builds pressure now (not sure why it wasn't before), but still not starting. I've had to use starter fluid with this one as well in the past. I have a couple other issues now with it that I have to figure out, but I'm sure the injector seals are needing to be replaced.
I don’t know if it’s the same but the one I’m driving now is a 2009 and uses the NAPA filter number 600149 I believe the canister and filter cover are the same.
Here’s the video of the 2009 I drive that I just changed the filter on. 2009 International 4300 fuel filter change. (MAXXFORCE ENGINE) ruclips.net/video/QIFGpj3CZNE/видео.html
I'm recently having problems. I'm getting black smoke when accelerating a couple of times during a trip and a couple of short idles before it accelerates. Had an oil change. Can't remember the last time I changed fuel filter and air filter. Could it be that or a major injector prob. Thanks for the vid. Also gonna start doing this
Jesse Lara not sure but i just started getting black smoke myself. When i accelerate and sometimes while driving. Hasn't done that until i recently serviced the truck. Im looking into the problem myself. As soon as i find out i will let you know.
Usually when the filters start to need replacing you don't get black smoke. Change it and you get more fuel to the injectors and acceleration will get smokey again. And rolling a little coal is just awesome!!
Cómo puedo regular la activación del fan closch de un dt466 2005 o a cuánto se ve de activar x que a mí camión se eleva a 210 y luego se enciende la amarilla check o se puede regular desde el timón o solo con scanner
I’m having an issue in mine turns the water in fuel light and doesn’t start a few times the filter was already replaced I’m wondering if there is a drain plug to let some of that water out of the filter like other diesels
Sorry for the late reply, I’m not sure if it has a drain but if I did it probably would be underneath the canister and it would be a little valve screw that you would unscrew. I can ask a friend of mine and find out.
Hey I know this vids is kind of old but I have a Dt4300 dt466 engine 2006 what kind of fuel filter did u buy like the name I’m trying to look for the right one right now ?
Sean Day if you're replacing the filter and not draining the canister not much cause you should still have a good amount of fuel in the canister. If you drain it prime it until the primer handle get harder to prime
Sean Day the bottom has its own strainer. When you buy the filter it comes with 2 o ring seals. Larger is for fuel filter cap and smaller one is for bottom strainer cap
Thank you
You are awesome
Im going to keep looking for your videos
Good video thanks

i need to replace my inner skinny strainer and i can’t find a part number for it
Try part numb 1841621C1 fuel filter strainer screen. That’s the part number I found online.
The number on the caps followed by Nm is a torque measurement in newton meters for tightening.
St. Charles Bus good to know thanks. I'm not a mechanic but I do a lot of my own work. I just trying to help others out
Damn, that thing needed it! cool vid, good info.
Sean Rosado definitely needed it. Not my doing though. If it were my truck it would have been done. Thanks for watching

@@TowMan127 There is a lever for this. at 6:25 of the video, its to the right of the pump right above your index finger.
Dam the owner needs.to be more cautious lot of money for high pressure pump and injectors.

how to change petrol filter in ssanyong rexton 2005
I'm gonna do this tmrw...how much do I prime??

I currently have a no start condition so hopefully it helps...I've never changed the fuel filter since I've had it (several years)
Sean Day wow. Thats a long time. I'd definitely clean out the bottom strainer as well
TowMan127 so is the bottom part and the part in the middle the same strainer?? Or take it all apart?
Sean Day the bottom has its own strainer. When you buy the filter it comes with 2 o ring seals. Larger is for fuel filter cap and smaller one is for bottom strainer cap
What's the filter number usually...
I don’t remember. This video is a few years old but I will ask a buddy of mine.
Info my friend gave me. He works on internationals its AC delving pf2144 in balwinb7030
