So lemme explain the "lore" behind this so :
when the victims glitch out they basically get deleted from the game and are stuck in a empty void . And the screams when sonic kills them? well the process of getting deleted is like hell to them so they let out a painful scream
Reason of why xeno is glitchy is because eggman is standing up to him and fighting . Thats why eggmans glitch at the end is so violent . It's because xeno got really pissed at him
