Mince 1000gms
Onions 3large
Green Chilies 5large
Oil 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Gram Masala 1/4tsp
Dough- Enough for 13 kachoris
Flour/Maida 500gms
Salt 1tsp
Ghee/Butter 30gms
Water 1cup and 2tbs
Corn Flour 3tbs
Ghee/butter 1/4cup

Freezing Instructions:
Freeze these kachoris after flattening and before frying. Put them in airtight container and freeze. Thaw them in fridge before frying.

I have learnt a tip to carry on for the rest of my lifetime. About the baking powder folding 🤌 they came out SO crispy. It was unbelievable that these were not oven made, and nor was it from a bakery but by my own hands. I was so proud of it. ❤️ thank you so much for this recipe and for the tip.

Thank you so much sir, although i used meetha soda instead of baking powder and cooking oil instead of ghee & i fried them under 15 minutes but still i hit the moon in first attemt. The recipe is so authentic my first attempt is much much much better than every famous shop in my town. Only if i could share the pics you would have seen it yourself....may ALLAH PAK grant you long prosperous life aamin.thank you
