For future, turn on minimum might requirement for notification. Those small account 1 troop spams become useless with it on.

To avoid those small player 1 troop watch tower notification change the settings to only give above 500m+ might then you get only watch tower notification of big players
You can avoid the red screen like that from small olayers too
