Thanks for all the insane support on the first video! Hope y'all like the second one just as much! Fun fact, Smallant's recording was almost 3 hours long...the second longest recording was just over an hour. Thanks to Richard Pike for suggesting an idea I used for the last task. If y'all have any ideas for tasks you'd like to see, reply to this comment and I'll credit you if I use them!
You deserve it dude! These videos are so well made, with great tasks and editing. I'm surprised it doesn't have millions of views with the quality and content creators playing as contestants.
Another great episode! A suggestion I have is what if you did a spin on the "tie yourself up as securely as possible" task where you give them a bunch of resources that they must use to trap themselves with in X amount of time before you must attempt to remove them from their self-created prisons while being in survival mode, whoever takes the longest to be removed from their prison by you wins
A task where everyone makes there own task that a random person will have to complete. (obviously with boundaries) Sort of like the one where they hid tridents except much more lenient. Also there could be a set amount of space they must work in. Or other idea they have 10 minutes in creative to make an escape room in a closed space of which a random contestant will have to escape.
really nice minecraft adaptation!! The format is so entertaining, and it was done very well! I had two ideas that may be interesting. The first is a building challenge like ep 1. They have to build something unusual, but recognizable. They are in survival and have to find their blocks within the limit as well. (if you want to be nice, you could stash a bunch of blocks somewhere for them to use) The other is a 4v1 with Smant and the others. Smant is spawned at 0,0 and the others in a square around him (at 500,500; 500,-500; etc.) He has to get as far away from them as possible, and he knows where they spawn. They have to get as close to him as possible, and they know where he spawns (but not everyone else). I think it'd end with horrible mind games for everyone lol.
Strange to be so careful in the first task, not finding getting wood from the platform and then ignoring the rules in the last task. Took too long and got tired lol
Task about block hardness: Smant: "I read the rules very carefully" Also Smant: *Says blast resistance instead of hardness for almost all of his attempt*
The "Hermitcraft built this piece of shit?" was too funny LMAO I didn't even realize it had been 3 months but I'm so delighted to have another ep. I was really confused by nobody pointing out the villager being pointed in a different direction bc it was consistent across all attempts... I just kept thinking about how crazy it would be to watch PointCrow do the Spot the Difference task given his crazy visual memory. So excited for the finale
I'm a big taskmaster and minecraft fan, and I just want to say, this series is incredibly well made. I've been really enjoying it. Only thing that could be improved are the building aesthetics😂
this was so so entertaining. watched the whole thing in one sitting. while smallant's nether journey was hilarious to watch, you should probably add a border around the entire map the next time haha
theoretically for the last one, it says u cant break or place blocks but you could have ran around inside that room until you died of hunger, then respawned and ran to the coords to get a peeksy at the room from outside
The first task saying "the items" instead of just "items" placed withing the item frames, means that what smant did shouldn't count by letter of the law. But it's more entertaining this way so I approve anyhow
Once he places items in the frames those now are "the items" placed within the frames. It would have to say "the items in the frames when you enter the room" for it to work like that. As far as I'm concerned it's 100% legit!
@@rant722 "the" refers to specific items. That's the point of the word. Once Smant put his own items, those items were just items, not part of _the_ items.
@@TermoPlays I think we have different interpretations of how the word is used here. In my opinion, he is acting within the written rules, and in your opinion he isn’t. That’s alright, cus languages are really complicated. I think both interpretations are fine.
@@rant722 There were different interpretations, yes, however mine is the definition of the word and the other goes against the definition of the word. In a game where every word matters, so do their meanings.
@@TermoPlays I beg to differ. Words can have different meanings and can be used in different ways. In this instance we are both using the same definition, but we are applying it differently. By the rules of English, I see no problem with either interpretation. Also, arguing about definitions is pointless, so this will be my last reply. I enjoyed this discussion, though!
SPOILER FOR THE LAST TASK Question: for the last task, two people found out how to get rid of the obsidian and see the og room... was it possible to say "the whole room was rotated"? Because it clearly is. I dont know the correct orientation in game, but lets just say the entrance to the og room is south and the entrance to the other room is north, that would mean the second room was completely rotated 180°... wouldnt that also mean that every single block is wrong? because technically they are not in the same position. Putting one room on top of the other and looking at them from above would prove that none of them are in the same place anymore, right??? Would that count? And if it does, the max amount of correct answers would be the amount of every single block used to create this, or am i reading too much into this?
Good question! It's not in the recording, but I clarified pre-task to all of them that it's based on how it looks from the direction they walk in. So if they walk in and something is two blocks to their left, it has to be like that on both sides even if the room was rotated.
Everyone referring to the picture of King Graham by names like "Unicycle" during the memory game was one of the most infuriating experiences of my life. 9/10 would get driven up the wall again.
I would actually do the exact same thing as smallant in the first room. We had the EXACT same thought process Only other thing I'd do is mine for debris in the nether
another thing that would be fun that i really thought you would do is putting down something like "you must say 'My answer is ...'", "you only have one guess", except what happens is that people who read that part outloud already say "my answer is..." when they read the rules, and that counts as their only guess
i cant belive nobody figured out the twist with the final task. i was screaming at them to take off the armour or the flowers or kill the villager the whole time!
I would have loved it if someone jumped on all of the farmlands and counted each as a change, and also pressed all the levers to be in the same position
I had some ideas for liar liar "Is the taskmaster familiar with the game warmer colder" "Does the taskmaster know where the player is at any given point" "If we were playing warmer colder would the taskmaster say colder"
I have a guess about the thumbnail: The two pixels on either side of the chicken's wattle, the ones on the right chicken are darker than those on the left chicken.
I feel like a lot of the cheese can be solved by including a line next to "your time starts when you enter the next room" that says "and you must enter it within X minutes."
for the last task, would it be counted as point if you change something without placing/breaking blocks? (such as getting armor, get some steak or porks from furnace, get flowers from the pot, changing the lever state, ruining farmlands, trading with villager) just curious because I'm thinking that's why there's flower pots/armor stand/furnaces
Bro, I got home from school. I was so tired. I started watching RUclips short and I fell asleep and somehow I ended up on this video and watched half of it.
I disagree on the judges call. The sentence "Only changes within the glass and obsidian border will count." is unclear in what it is referring to. Without any context the sentence makes no since as we are unaware of what we are counting. However with the previous sentence included it is implied that we are counting the breaking of objects. An example: "Only the apples in the bowl will count." This on its own is unclear. "You may not eat any apples. Only the apples in the bowl will count." This means you may not eat any apples but only the apples in the bowl count for this.
Thanks for all the insane support on the first video! Hope y'all like the second one just as much! Fun fact, Smallant's recording was almost 3 hours long...the second longest recording was just over an hour.

you should 100% invite Kenadian to these, i bet it would be fun with their out of the box thinking
