What happens to the water? We see most, if not all, of it comes from streams. If that stream has a current that never stops, and that means the water never stops, does that mean the place will flood? How do you drain the water after such a long time?

I mean they could build it with a circulation system but obviously that would be more difficult having to put a high enough drainage point in the pool so the water would flow out into another body of fresh water while more water would flow in
