Yes, you can ride 100km on one full charged battery (HX X9 Max), but only if perfect conditions are met (new battery, no wind, inclines, good road, 20-25km speed, ~80kg rider).
Hiii, it is good for 75km now (after ~2000km mileage). However, I am currently riding without a speed limit of 25km/h, and I believe that this is the primary reason for the 25% decrease, rather than degradation of the battery due to usage over time.
My scooter (HX X9 max) has 20ah battery. 15ah model (HX X9 plus) max distance is 70 km (44 miles). Both have max speed of 25 mph (if it is set as 15mph, you will need to remove speed limit in secret settings - it is very easy, takes a minute with help of this short video (ruclips.net/user/shortsyCQYA_01CCA). If you plan to ride on top speed only, max distance will be 10-20% lower. It also depends on rider's weight, weather condition and road condition.
@@25km oh ok it's a pro Mac I ordered directly from hx wendy and I'm 150 pounds it's a 550 /1100 watt motor it's diffrent from max and plus the pro max is just more powerful than max but max gets more range pro max isn't capatable with 20ah battery

Sveiki! I didn't use full battery on any of my rides so far, my longest trip was ~55km, 2 of 5 battery charges remained. X9 is better in every aspect but weight (It is 23 kg for X9 Max model). I still prefer to ride Xiaomi for short distance in the city (easy to maneuver, enjoyable strafing), but for mid-long trips I always choose X9. Riding X9 for 3 months, so far so good, no repair needed. The only things I did - made brakes more sensitive and oiled folding mechanism so it won't squeak.
I bought my scooter at zzk. Unlocked it by myself with the help of this video ruclips.net/user/shortsyCQYA_01CCA (FF = unlocked) No idea about other Lv shops, would ask shop assistant to be sure.
