Masterfully played, an underrated little treasure of the piano, from the man who invented the nocturne.
This is lovely. It’s also a rather overlooked gem.
I just discovered this treasure in my new piano book! This is a magnificent performance of it. Well done!
such a beautiful performance, bravo!
Thank you. Sensitive pedalling indeed!
Such an intense feeling while listening to you
Beautiful
amazing piano!!! The slurs are nice.
The left hand sounds like the moonlight sonata :) beautiful
Not just the left hand but the little dotted figure just before the return of the tune is almost a quotation of the Moonlight.
I was just thinking about this and saw your comment

love the slower interpretation!!!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻bravo
Very nice. I think this piece also allows for a somewhat faster interpretation (although the slower tempo also works).
Beautiful interpretation Eduardo. I recorded no. 5 for my latest album available through Itunes. Nocturne no. 5 in Bb by John Field performed by James Spencer
Una fusión perfecta entre Chopiny Lizst.
he came before both, way before
Lindo!
Compliment!!!
Is it quoting Moonlight Mvt 1?
