German doctor in the embassy of the country you stay in or go to Germany (or search Dr in Google). Didn't understand the first part of your question 🤔..

This exam is for practicing dentistry. The procedure will be different. Check MPH universities there and you will get the procedure.

U dint even say about the signing letter from hospital stating date of joining them in detail . ????
In detail? You need to prove that you will be in the same state. You can prove that by having a joining letter from a clinic or by showing proof of husband's work permit or child's school. Have discussed this in the video below.

If I do PG in orthodontics in Germany🇩🇪 after my bds in India...
Can i get that PG certificate to practice as an Orthodonticst in India ?
Im does that degree is valid in India?
You can't do pg directly in Germany. You have to go through the process of getting your BDS recognised there first.
If you do masters there you have to get it validated in India to be officially called masters in orthodontics.
But you can practice a procedure after BDS if you are trained.

Our bds degree isn't valid so it is the same process for MDS graduates.. Countries like Canada, UAE let's MDS dentists practice directly as specialist. As far I searched it's not possible in Germany.

I had 59%in my BDS. Will it make a hurdle in my immigration to Germany.
Percentage won't make a difference. You have to be able to clear their language and other exams.

Basically, does German Dental boards require a specific period of dental practical after graduation as a requirement ?
In other words, If I study Dentistry ( let’s assume I meet all the equivalency criteria and pass all of the language exams) can I apply directly to get the *Temp reg* and practice in Germany after graduation? Or I have to have finished at least, like, ONE year in my home country and then apply for Dental Licence.
