I listen to his music all the time and can only imagine how proud you must be as his daughter. I lost my dearest Pa many, many years ago and we were really close. His approach was not only to present a song with great musicality but to live it intensely. He was extraordinarily generous, holding nothing back, so as to make his audience relive to the maximum whatever emotion he portrayed. Just look in his eyes and you will not need a translation of whatever text he is singing at the moment, whether operatic or pop. Octavian Gray giovane amico, per trovare la risposta giusta vai sul mio canale dove troverai Escamillo interpretato dei baritoni come Lawrence Tibbett, Ettore Bastianini e compagnia tra i baritoni e Nicolai Ghiaurov e compagnia tra i bassi ... quello che conta nel mestiere del cantante lirico sono tre cose : 1 di avere una voce bellissima lirica vera - quasi tutti pensano che per avere una voce bella non c'è bisogno di lavorare sulla tecnica e l'impostazione perché di avere una voce bella non e' altro che un dono di Dio ... in effetti non e' così , di pensare in questo modo e' un sbaglio enorme ! 2 di avere il talento vero cioè di essere nato con il dono di ''sentire'' come dare della bellezza interpretativa al pubblico e come interpretare il repertorio del compositore in tale modo che l'ultimo diventa ancora più bello ... 3 di avere una conoscenza abbastanza buona sulla lingua in quale canti e dei stili d'interpretazione diversi della lirica italiana, francese, russa .../non parlo della lirica tedesca mai perché conosco poche cose.../ Escamillo e' un personaggio giovane, elegante,ben educato,nobile ... il cantante prima di interpretare questo ruolo molto complesso normalmente deve conoscere alla perfezione la lingua francese e po stile d'interpretazione quello francese per poter esprimere questo personaggio nobile tipico francese in modo più giusto possibile . Cosa di elegante e nobile senti nella vocalità calante di Hvorostovsky?...

С момента объявления о болезни очень пристально следила за Дмитрием, но тогда я еще мало знала про эту проклятую глиобластому.. 😢Пока не заболел папа... Дмитрия не стало, папы скоро 3 года, как нет, и как тяжело он уходил я не забуду никогда. Спасибо за то, что оставил столько прекрасной музыки, но без слез слушать не могу до сих пор!
Even I have my heartbroken, as I only recently learned of his passing... most horrible news. What a genius, such a passion, the most naturally gifted, powerful baritone bass I have ever heard. It overcomes me when I listen to Dmitri Hvorostovsky, and I have been listening to his voice days over now.

Some people just dazzle us with talent and charisma. This Russian baritone was one of them, and I have found it upsetting watching the 2019 BBC Cardiff Singer of The World competition realising that we will never see this extraordinary man again. RIP Mr Hvorostovsky, you are very much missed. 🌷🌷🌷

quello che conta nel mestiere del cantante lirico sono tre cose :
1 di avere una voce bellissima lirica vera - quasi tutti pensano che per avere una voce bella non c'è bisogno di lavorare sulla tecnica e l'impostazione perché di avere una voce bella non e' altro che un dono di Dio ...
in effetti non e' così , di pensare in questo modo e' un sbaglio enorme !
2 di avere il talento vero cioè di essere nato con il dono di ''sentire'' come dare della bellezza interpretativa al pubblico e come interpretare il repertorio del compositore in tale modo che l'ultimo diventa ancora più bello ...
3 di avere una conoscenza abbastanza buona sulla lingua in quale canti e dei stili d'interpretazione diversi della lirica italiana, francese, russa .../non parlo della lirica tedesca mai perché conosco poche cose.../
Escamillo e' un personaggio giovane, elegante,ben educato,nobile ...
il cantante prima di interpretare questo ruolo molto complesso normalmente deve conoscere alla perfezione la lingua francese e po stile d'interpretazione quello francese per poter esprimere questo personaggio nobile tipico francese in modo più giusto possibile .
Cosa di elegante e nobile senti nella vocalità calante di Hvorostovsky?...
@@bodiloto 1 Per essere una persona russa ha un ottima pronuncia. Sinceramente qui non mi colpisce tanto ma se lo ascolti in altri ruoli cambierai idea. Ti parlo perche anche io facevo il lirico, ora pero canto il moderno.
