He's obviously an experienced pool bear. Swam straight to the ladder, understood he could get extra clean & massage with jet and didn't panic about how he was going to get out of the pool.
I've been watching a lot of bear-in-pool videos b/c they're just so relaxing but have noticed they are from many years ago. No recent ones. Just wondering if there're any bears left. People have become so intolerant of nature even though we have invaded all their space😔
DALILA R - me, too! I put large toddler pool or dog pool either, let bear cool and joy.. Not like this pool, too deep, (3 feet deep is good enough) not 6 feet deep, can lead to drown!
Now that's just rude!! You really should have offered him something to drink!! Maybe even a snack! Don't u know that lying around the pool can make u BEARY thirsty and hungry? :).

They are, all the time 😊 I live in the Forest, Bear territory. So I tried to be aware of them, frequently I catch them watching me, which gives me peace, they know that I am around, will be no surprise = no suddenly encounters that may lead to scare them and make them attack.
normally black bears are cowards and will run away if they see a person if that is not the case, this practicular bear will be more confrontational and may need to be shot to minimize risk if he gets too pushy normally if u chase em off with a broom, they get the memo and scram seeing as this bear was respectful of human territory, there was no need chasing or harming him
I would have to say that bear was a pretty considerate guest. I'd like to buy him a beer. He seems like good company. Maybe throw in some pretzels. And commence to do the bear dance.
Reading these comments people talk as if they would walk up to the cub and feed it . These are wild animals not dogs . You never trust a wild animal . That mama bear was some where close by and would have ate you up. That cub itself will hurt you . Never ever underestimate a Bear 🐻. STAY SAFE 🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻🐻

This probably happens a lot when they aren't watching. They could have a pool full of bear pee! Time for a fence.
Chances are they probably have a high concentration of chlorine in the water to counteract anything nasty in there.
