Thank you in advance... for going to a local bakery and show them baking all the great Italian bread & pastries. :) Your channel will not grow unless you actively promote it. I like that you don't monetize your vlogs with a zillion stupid annoying ads. However, youtube won't promote your channel unless you monetize, because they don't make any money from it. To get around this, you can post daily pics & short video clips to your IG acct, inviting IG people to watch your daily YT vlogs. YT likes channels who bring in viewers from the outside. Grow your IG acct. Grow your click thru rate. Get enough of them & YT will start promoting your channel. For a quick boost hire a publicist. You simply don't have the time to do PR yourself. YT channels don't grow organically anymore. The space is too crowded. Your vlogs are great! Especially when you share all the wonderful food with your viewers :) You'd get an enormous amount of new subscribers if you did more targeted promotion. You're so interesting & natural in front of the camera. You edit very well. Your cinematography is very good. People would love you, if they knew you existed. That's the creative challenge. That's my 2 cents, even tho you didn't ask for it... ha!
if u want your vlogs to be good as do challenges and do with your friends seen by yourself every day and talking to the camera is boring, bring challenges and funny videos, don't take me wrong I'm trying to help u

I mean there's nothing wrong with vlogging about every country he visits but challenges and stuff might be interesting too
