Wish this had an attached garage as well. Whoever delivered that fridge never cleaned out the fridge or probably the oven. Make sure you let the new owners run the oven for 30-40 mins @ 400 degrees to burn off the storage oils. Run the washer without anything in it and the dryer too (burn off the storage oils as well) if they are new. From a former Lowe’s delivery driver who used to take everything off and set up the fridge. I’d run an FFL out of the bottom or the shop.
Nice place main part of the house and galley type kitchen, didn’t Like the drawers, kind of weird. I would gut out the basement and make an office and guest room. The barn has a lot to be desired, but doable. Didn’t get see that other shed, but that’s okay. Can you fence all around the place, or is there restrictions on that? Kind of in a busy highway. The main floor is nicely renovated with apparently good quality cabinets and appliances. I didn't see a master bath, just one for the three bedrooms to share. The lower level is an interesting blast from the past but might be useable as an accessory apartment if the bedroom has a legal egress window. The outbuilding would be useful for a variety of hobbies or home businesses. While it is a bowling alley lot, the rear area could be used for an animal or two.
Really great house, tastefully updated. But, small bedrooms, one bath and the laundry room is down stairs. Make it hard to be a rental unless it family.
Hope your shoulder heals great..I tore my rotator cuff in Feb and was scheduled for surgery for that and my thumb...I broke the bace of the socket on thumb and my thumb like s to pop out....but because of covid haven't been able to get done..so I'm waiting ..and I just keep hurting it more...bummer...love this place this is what I'm looking for ...if I could just put my mom in the trunk and get her there...can't leave her alone...and she doesn't want to move yet..

Upstairs is nicely done but the downstairs needs a lot of work. It would not really work as an accessory apartment even for a family member. Utilities/washer dryer is not independent of the apartment. Where I am finished space would not be cinder lock walls. Could be fixed nice!y I think but would take some money. Needs a master bath, very inconvenient for the laundry room to be down in the basement, have you every had to lug a laundry basket up and down stairs. Nope Otherwise I like it, but too pricey for me
