That happened in Swapping Things too, just a glitch that sometimes occurs in the software they use to make the videos, and I guess they rendered it too late to redo it

I'd imagine it's the music itself, the BPM and stuff is taking into effect and is making the visualizer jittery, because it is the audio that the visualizer is showing, and whatever section the middle represents may have that effect.
I can't really explain it in good music-terms since I don't make music, but being a content creator and doing lots of editing, I can only imagine this is the case.

2:11 is my favorite part of the whole song it reminds me of a girl I'm talking to who actually showed me this song, I like her a lot and she also likes me but doesn't want to be more than friends.
"Together we can spark a flame" reminds me of the flame both of us can spark together but I guess just isn't meant to be.
