This is dope. I remember my first NYFW was for a designer named Michael Lombard. He partnered with Monster the energy drink company. I low balled like crazy though. Told him I’ll come to NYC and shoot his event for $500. I took a greyhound for $100 and forgot my winter coat so Ilene I got there at 3am I was freezing! Had to walk around NYC with my duffle bag and a backpack for 6 hours until we met at his hotel. But it was worth it because he’s huge now and we still stay in contact every month. My photos were in over 6 magazine covers and I still use the footage I took to get new clients
