The fact that there were sexual harassment cases in other companies has nothing to do with the case of James. You have only mentioned it to show him in bad light. The guy presented his thoughts in clean and justified document backed up by links and charts. He cleanly didn't want to attack anyone but only to encourage people to accept their differences (because they exist and not everyone are the same) and make people talk about it, change environment they work at, make their work more productive. But he was forcefully silenced and his propose of making people to talk and argument was rejected. Those who agrees with that are simply turning their back on problems and choose to live in their fake, imagination reality. You are oppressing people to freely speak, ignoring science, not willing to listen to their arguments even if they are stated in polite and logical way. If you can't argument back it is easier to spam words like "racist", "neo-nazi", "homophobic" right?

Why the hell are you equating real life sexual harassment to a guy typing words on a document that most likely was never printed and that contained nothing like sexual harassment, just scientific facts?
I get that in your "timeline" you are trying to build a narrative that in Silicon Valley the Patriarchy is dominating and that eventually a time would come when repercussions would arrive (this being the fate of the ex googler), but this is so not what happened it isn't even funny.
