    how did you get the seat recliner controls off the trim you removed at 00:34? does it matter if the controls are still there?

      You pull them straight off and if you're like me they break because they are 33 years old.

      @@ofnarcr I see… sorry to hear yours broke. I sold my w124 4 years ago, but hopefully someone else will find your answer helpful. I think I tried to pull them off at the time, but they were pretty solidly connected, so I didn’t want to force it and break them. thanks for answering!

    +1. .. Very nice, well done. .. Have the need to remove door panels on our MY94 Coupe. .. After 24 years the window/motor mechanism require lubrication big time. .. Thank you, subscribed.

      Kenneth Salazar Principle yes, but not identical.

      the main difference I found was that the door latch handle (silver) needs to be slid back and pulled out prior to lifting the door panel up and out.
