Always loved that car.
I like that there’s no talking but you get a good feel for how the car drives, sounds and feels. To that end I also like the outside view and the look under the bonnet.

Having spent many hours/miles in the '68 & '69 122S models I appreciate just how good the 123GT was / is. It would be my dream car, not mother's '69 Charger GT

As a tribute to the inventor of safety belts (aka Volvo) you should consider to use them.

I have the same car (122s) with four doors and it was restored to it's original state and it has 48000 Km on the odometer and everytime I drive it around I get a lot of attention from classic lovers and people wondering how it has remained in that state considering its a 1966 car.

Volvo always said security first ! They invented the 3 way seat belt. The 3-point safety belt has saved hundreds of thousands of lives but the guy doesn't use it !!??

The front seats is from the 140 series?

@@tomaxcar bestcarmagz.net/sites/default/files/6788351968-144-14.jpg here you have the same neck rests (if that is the right name) on a Volvo 140 series from 1970. When I look at pictures of the Amazon model some have the same but some dont. I belive that the neck rest´s is not original from 1967. But I am not sure.

I found several that looks like this. But I am almost certain that these neck rests came on the Volvo 140 series.
