Sounds like you definitely don't need TRT! I would only advise TRT for men who would like to retain their vitality into their late 60s and 70s At that point, you're reaching an age where it's nearly impossible to maintain the same level of vitality naturally, so I think it's use it's justified! The same goes for estrogen use for older women, which apparently may not cause cancer after all Generally though, I am against steroids. I would strongly advise anyone against using them

But starting TRT at 60-70 is too late, the metabolic damage is done. When I feel myself begin the decline, I fully intend to make use of hormone therapy. My wife is also looking at HRT for the same reasons. As I said before, I'd sooner live like a young man all my days, and stroke out at 70 than become a frail shadow of my former self.

As always a good video. I was thinkg about 2 modern heroes which i admire. James Rodríguez the soccer player, and Eminem. They both achieved immortality on their respective disciplines. For me they both are symbols of beauty, power, discipline, hability and even innate talent. They both raised the bar on their own disciplines. They both assist new youths on their respective fields so that they raise the bar even higher. Eminem is completely commited to hip hop, same as James Rodríguez is to Football. I can almost see them become empty vessels ready to be possesed by gods and muses.
I think that this is all correct, but we must also remember that the individual is nothing compared to a tribe. Individualism is always inferior to collectivism. Obviously, the quality of the individual is based upon the quality of the tribe from which it was born and the quality of the tribe is based upon the average quality of its individuals. The goal should not simply be to create an Ubermensch but also to create a Herrenvolk. The Ubermensch dies but the Herrenvolk can live on forever.

I was thinkg about 2 modern heroes which i admire.
James Rodríguez the soccer player, and Eminem.
They both achieved immortality on their respective disciplines. For me they both are symbols of beauty, power, discipline, hability and even innate talent. They both raised the bar on their own disciplines. They both assist new youths on their respective fields so that they raise the bar even higher.
Eminem is completely commited to hip hop, same as James Rodríguez is to Football.
I can almost see them become empty vessels ready to be possesed by gods and muses.
Eminem is a degenerate slave. Rodriguez' career fell apart. Your definition of hero is broken.

I think that this is all correct, but we must also remember that the individual is nothing compared to a tribe. Individualism is always inferior to collectivism. Obviously, the quality of the individual is based upon the quality of the tribe from which it was born and the quality of the tribe is based upon the average quality of its individuals. The goal should not simply be to create an Ubermensch but also to create a Herrenvolk. The Ubermensch dies but the Herrenvolk can live on forever.

You say we should like to reach the gods because they are the life essence : that's ubris. Loke at Bellerophon myth or Icarus or Phaeton and so many more heroes. They had a profound vitalist "flow" (idk if it's english) but they are condamned by gods because there is a law, a moral to respect. In the Iliade, who's the perfect heroe : Achilles who win but act absolutly immoraly with the ennemy, a savage nature, or Hector who died with humility and morality ?

When you say the world isn't made up of Good and Evil. I disagree, there's some really evil people in this world, and throughout history and there are good people too, it's just the good ones have their own demons to overcome.
Nature is indifferent to such things. Evil only exists in the realm of man, and is relative. What is required to be a hero in war is considered evil in times of peace, and so on. Morality is about the pact of man with man. The world is fundamentally amoral
Your missing the point. Good and evil is not a real tangible thing. It’s something that man invented, it’s not apart of nature.

It means that we should choose value systems which support life-such as the heroic one-since other moral systems (like modern workism) smother life and lead to infertility and decline on an individual and societal level
