The university is private and there is no limitation of seats so you may face problems in future semesters. So it is highly recommended to choose the Govt. universities with good FMGE Results.
What about Asian medical institute?
Asian Medical Institute is a private college and newly opened too. The FMGE Results are not that good in the last years. As you have to pass the NEXT Exam which will be completely based on clinical pattern so you must choose the government university.

What about ISM Kyrgyzstan please reply 🙏🏻
ISM is a private university founded in 2003, and we do recommend to choose Government Universities. The facilities and the FMGE Results are not that good as per the fees charged. You can go for another better college at this amount.
Bishkek institute is best for mbbs in krygystan
How it can be said that it is the best university, it is newly opened private university with no infrastructure and FMGE Data.
