I experienced a special night in Estadio Jose de Avalade where it was Sporting clube de portugal facing their archenemy Benfica in the liga portugal. A passionate match atmosphere with great tifo, pyro and goals.

He's good. But Inácio and Diomande are WAY WAY BETTER. It's not even close. Different levels.
@@ktmtxt I know that Diomande and Inácio are more experienced and reliable. But I think Edu just needs more oportunities to play to get even better. I think he can come to grow a lot if Rui Borges helps him. Besides that, he's very daring offensively, very fast and dribbles very well for a CB.
Its important to mention the context of this game
Sporting was in a really bad form after amorim went to united. Loosing and drawing games, they were once 8 points ahead in the 1st place and before this game were in 2nd. 3 days before the game a new coach arrived and won the game putting sporting on 1st position again.
And the next league match will be in Guimarães, a team that is making an impressive season in Conference League and the former's coach team. This win is a moral boost to help on that game

from a sporting absolute fan, i have to say our ultras are underrated, but part of that is because pyro is pretty much illegal in the stadiums, and the clubs pay fines due to that, and some people try to sneak some of it in, but you could get in serious trouble. sporting have the truest fans and even when the club was at its lowest we never stop supporting the team. here in portugal, nevertheless, benfica and porto have got some serious ultras. if pyro were to be more admitted i believe we could compete with the finest of the ultras, i reckon that's just what holds us back

It's been a while since I've last seen a Sporting game live at the Alvalade, but watching this made me feel like I was there, and I'm in tears. Thank you for that.
Man thank you so much for supporting us. This club is everything to me, it makes part of my blood. I have an unparaleled relation with this club. It is the club of my father, was the club of my grand father, and the club of my great grand father. My great grand father played in Sporting between 1912 and 1921, he played with Francisco Stromp, one of the founders of Sporting. Than he passed the passion to his son, my grandfather, that passed the passion to my father, that passed the passion to me. When i was a child it was the best thing i have, going every weekend with my dad and grandad to the old stadium of Alvalade (not this one, the old one) to watch the games. It makes part my family, it is in our blood, and lots of the best memories that i have with my father and grand father from my childood, is from watching the games with theme, all in family. Thank you, and welcome to the family, Sporting family!!!!!!!
