Sheri, I was dealing with a serious battle of depression in the early 90's for 2 years. Was taking meds and seeing a psych. The meds was a total disaster. The side effects were from the different anti depression meds I tried ( 4 in total) only made things worse). At some point from an outside source, I was informed that it is normal to go through cycles of joy and sadness. The light bulb turned on. It became very clear to me, to stop taking the poison, change my attitude. My magic bullet was watching COMEDIES. It was a gift from above. The cycle of sadness was shorten by this method. Now I don't need that crutch of watching COMEDY, I can just deal with what comes my way. So hopefully you found your solution and use that as your way of defeating depression. LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH GOOD THOUGHTS .... 💖🌈 ENJOY 🌈💖

Michael Jr has healed many of my heartbreaks. When I was having anxiety attacks and not being able to sleep I would play this and fall fast asleep. I’m not sure if it’s just his anointing but I having been watching this show for 3 years be it has saved me over and over again.
