- In this video I share my experience of dating filipinas. So where do you meet filipinas in Manila? Well, you can either meet them in the flesh, by introduction or on dating websites. Ohh steer clear of dating websites I hear you cry, they’re just full of Scammers.
I’d been staying in Manila for a month. Had had no joy with the ladeez. In fact I’d found the filipinas in Manila so far to be particularly out of reach and stand offish. Twice I’d been totally blanked in Makati. Sure it must be annoying at times for girls on the street to be approached by aging pensioners wanting to engage with them, but to actually brush me away with a flick of the wrist was humiliating.
In all my times approaching filipinas on the streets of other cities, that has never happened. Sure, some have been less accommodating than others, but at least have exchanged a few words such as “Naff off Grandpa” rather than blanking me outright.
You have to have clear motives for joining the websites now. Everything is so Black & White now. You will be asked What are your Intentions here? What are you looking for? In the olden days of internet dating it was quite obvious what you were doing on that app. Nowadays there are too many different variables on offer.
A lot of Girls say Date to Marry who are barely out of High School. Many will say I want Serious only. But they’re hardly gonna say I just wanna swing from the chandeliers and never see you again , as that would be considered unethical.
Lots of sugar babes wanting sugar daddies to pay their way through `college. How much young lady? 25k a month. That’s more than my monthly rent. Lots of girls wanting FUN! Wow! That sounds great, you think. But FUN comes at a cost.
Often filipinas will say they’re Single here, meaning not married yet, even thou they’re with someone. When I moved to Manila I saw that Diane who I'd met in Davao was here, so messaged her suggesting we met up. Said she worked at a KTV bar and I could meet her there. When I suggested we met outside work, she said she didn’t have time and was too busy. Ha!
Another girl on Bumble asked if I wanted to go and drink with her. I carried on the conversation ignoring that question , to which she’d repeatedly say The question is Are you coming or not? To which I responded the question is Do you just match with guys on Bumble to go to your lounge. She responded saying You don’t have to be rude. Which I wasn’t. I tried to respond but she’d already blocked me. Ha!
I’ve matched with many girls working in KTV bars. I tell them early on that I’ll only meet them outside of work. They continue messaging me for a couple of days as if this is not their only intention and then stop when they realise they’re wasting their time with me.
Other girls on Bumble will say Not active here, message me on Insta. When the whole point of Bumble is for females to take the lead and message you first. So you go to their Insta profile and ask them to allow you access into their hallowed world. Which I’m still waiting for.
What DO I want? Before I came to the Philippines I wanted a steady relationship. Over the past 3 years of living in the country I’ve been able to study how filipinas operate. I also watched an expat Christian Vloggers being interviewed who said it took him 9 years before he found the right woman. I wanted to ask him why it took so long, but I’m beginning to understand why now. So I don’t think I want permanency anymore unless Jennifer Lopez rocks up on my doorstep.
But sitting on the fence doesn’t get you very far. Saying well, er I wanna go on a date you and take you home an then consider whether to take things further probably won’t get you any dates. Although it seems to work for my Spanish friend who often criticises me when I say the average filipina lacks intelligence and I need to dumb down when communicating with them. But Communication with filipinas is often a mind numbing headache.

From my experience of interacting with and having a current Pinay gf, it appears that Filipinas like to create arguments out of thin air. It's like a natural high for them. As for sarcasm. I say to avoid using it in messages. They will take things the wrong way because of cultural differences. Just use text messages to exchange a few pleasantries and set up dates. Dating In the Philippines can be hard work, but if you find the right Filipina, it will be worth it. Don't give up on your search.

It's all women. Period. But some more than others based on their personality traits. Women are emotional so if the is just calmness, they will often create an argument to fill the void with emotion. They would rather experience a negative emotion than none at all. @tedm4932 - if you let her control you, she will. It's a giant red flag signalling the end of the relationship if you want a happy life.

Only reason I slowed down was that I found a girl I liked enough to be content with her and use her as a travel guide. Until I had to go home because of the incoming lockdown. Going back in 3 weeks. Hi. I watched the original video and the new update. Thanks for the honesty and the insight. Keep up the good work. I am no expert in Filipino culture. I have visited briefly only once on business and worked with many Filipino male engineers over the years. I have heard that Filipinos in general are very aware of saving face and maintaining a reputation. I also believe there pretty strong privacy regulations. Hopefully should the young lady see the videos she would be relaxed with the content and take it in good part. 👍🏻👍🏻

Some mates and I are going to train at Tiger Muay Thai in Thailand next year and I was thinking about going to the PI once we get a break. I saw a vid that showed the various Asian sites so I joined Pina Love to test the water as it were. I couldn't believe the response, it was just like I had been told would happen, I gave up counting them at 250 replies. I live in New Zealand so it is not like I was after a date, as I said, merely testing the water. I have never been on Tinder or any hookup sites so PL was my first and only. There were also Cam Girls soliciting as well as your run-of-the-mill scammers, dually informed of the various scams they pull by sites such as yours they never got a plugged nickel from this wary Kiwi. One lady who got in touch claimed she lives in Singapore where she has a Perfumerie, originally from PI she is 32, has no kids, and is after a solid guy who is happy to have a long term with a view to marriage.She is a good looker and obv takes care of herself. Sorry to disappoint you, lady.

Girls in Manila are usually preoccupied with the rat race and the grind and not as laid back as country girls anymore. Both have advantages and disadvantages like the former having some of her own money from work and less likely to make you her ATM but they can be distracted, tired and stressed out.

@@tedm4932 a girl who does not have her own money will be dependent on you and her entire family as well. Other expats living here tell of stories of having to pay for the girls family parties all the time. I think somewhere in the middle is best if the girl's family has their own money

Why do you insist on being such a nuisance with the way you put your videos out. All of the clanging and your nonsensical voice changes.
