Some nice stamps there..... fancy cancellations is a worm-hole I have avoided so far..... I also buy from APS..... echo your sentiments about their superbly quick shipping.... and they use real postage stamps on their mailing envelope ( that is one of my pet-peeves - getting a mail order from a "stamp dealer" that they did. not. use. postage. stamps. to mail the envelope packet.). Toll House California is in Fresno County, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
Thanks! I was using computer vended postage to begin with for the tracking, which I thought would be worth it. However, using real stamps feels right and have been doing it for a while now :). So, Toll House IS a place... I wonder how they knew that the stamp went over a toll bridge...
Hey Kyle, Love all your videos. I really only collect German and Japanese stamps but I really enjoy your channel. One thing I did notice was the first letter you showed. It looked like the cancelation is under the address. Seems a little weird to me. I don't know just thought I would point it out. Keep collecting and making your videos.
Thanks! Are you referring to the #2 on cover in this video or a cover from a different video? This one has a nice red grid bar cancel over the stamp and a separate circular date stamp to the right!
