They are in LA, marijuana is legal and taxes from the weed pay for regulatory and research costs, 60% goes to anti-drug programs targeting kids; 20% goes to environmental programs; and 20% goes to public safety. Wow, it was so interesting hearing Destiny's story! She went through a lot but it was great hearing her faith and how humble she is. She takes the hard times to be more appreciative and thankful for every opportunity that God gives her way! (James 1:2-4) I thought of this Bible verse when hearing her share about how much she's gone through with her family but still growing and pushing forward with the passion and talents God has blessed her with.
