I’ve been across this bridge many times, and each time I cross it, I always get goosebumps. It’s an awesome experience to cross the Mighty Mac

I enjoy driving over bridges and the Mackinac was always one of my favorites, but I know people who aren't wild about bridges and driving over that one always gave them the he-bee-gee-bees. It didn't help when that poor girl's car got caught up in a high wind that lifted it up and off the bridge, RIP. That said, while I like the panoramic views, there is no way I could ever work as a bridge builder. I'm not saying you've got to be NVTS nuts to take on the job but I'm not afraid to admit I don't have the guts to work at those heights. Anyway, if you haven't crossed it, give it a whirl if you're ever in the neighborhood. The U.P. has some pretty scenic places to visit as well. Take a dip in Superior if you want to know what a refreshing wake-up call feels like in the big lake they call Gitche Gumee.

    An, excellent video 📹 about the Mackinac Bridge 🌉 👌 👏 😀.
I, still remember the ferry ⛴ named, Vacationland. I, still remember the railroad ferry, Chief Wawatam. Which, sailed from Mackinaw City to St.Ignace with railroad cars.

I dont understand why you didnt use an actual picture of the Mackinac Bridge. The white bridge pictured with the car is not even close. Mackinac Bridge has ivory towers and green cables. railings.

I recall at age 7 my Mom & Dad took us kids on a ferry ride across the straights, I don’t remember all of it but I recall Dad said stay away from the railing, it’s really deep out there
