This Detroit team is a different beast, I have never seen an NFL team physically show they want it more, have the talent to go out and take it, and try to physically shove their foot down your throat for 60 minutes regardless if they are up by 30 or losing by 50.

LOL you talk about it like Brad Holmes was going to ship out a bunch of high draft picks when he's a draft genius. Maxx to Detroit via trade was always just a tabloid wet dream. Guaranteed views, but not realistic. The goal was to build for continued success and not give up on future success for Maxx and a better chance to win this year. Also, Maxx's stats aren't just sacks. He's 1 of the best run stopping edges in the league.
The recency bias in the media is crazy. Jayden has played well, no doubt. But let's be real about a rookie going into Detroit with that crowd and coming out with a win. This about what they want to happen, not about what realistically will happen.

Lions are 7-2 in one score games many of which they come back from an early deficit. They also have a knack for finding a way to win close games. Don't let the blowouts fool you. This is a team that goes wire to wire. This should be a tougher game than many Detroit fans expect, but when it comes to the will to win, situational football and those deep dark waters there are few teams as well prepared as the Detroit Lions.

Sorry , but i dont see detroits D stopping the long drives ( own the clock and own this game)..meanwhile Washington is fielding the best defensive roster of its season and they found a playoff gear 2 games ago..the best defense that plays the cleanest football wins this game.
There's no doubt the Commanders are very good. But Washington's rush defense is ranked 30th in the league. That's important to note going against arguably the best Oline with Gibbs and Montgomery running all over a lot of teams. Let's say Detroit can't stop washington at all. They could simply play keep away and ball control as Washington can't stop the run. Jayden Daniels will ball out in front of that crowd but will the Oline commit false starts due to crowd noise. The Commanders are good but there are simply more paths to victory for Detroit than Washington.
It would mean that pigs are flying and hell has officially frozen over…

First of all Mr I know it all Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn were both hired by Dan Campbell our first oc was Anthony Lynn and when he wasn’t doing a good enough job Campbell fired him halfway through year 1 and had the vision of Ben Johnson as an oc so what makes u think that both coordinators leaving will make the team decline. True or false everyone thought when the eagles lost both there oc and dc they would decline and the eagles made the playoffs both years after losing both coordinators and sirriani is an idiot as a coach he needs someone to point where to look when the games going so if he can hire two new coordinators and sustain success what makes u think a smarter more well connected and well prepared coach like Dan Campbell can’t replace Both and sustain success.
