Vlog of my 1st time as head wardrobe stylist for the film “A Haitian Wedding!” 2 B released 2/10/23!

First things first thank you to Young Chang @youngchang1111 for always giving me the opportunity to improve and be great! Thank you to Ricky M. for being so patient with me! This was my first time working with Director Jamal Hill but I must say one of the most authentic and realist directors I’ve met from Hollywood thus far! To D.J. @Mrtoastworld and Anie thank you guys so much for giving me an opportunity to view Haiti in a way I probably would’ve never seen it in my entire life! To Mrs. Catia and the twins thank you for the amazing hospitality! (tell Sony i said hi and I didn’t forget him) 😂 This was my very first time working on a movie as a wardrobe stylist and being head wardrobe stylist for a movie of this magnitude! It wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be but it was definitely worth every obstacle and I’m so glad I’m solution driven because every obstacle that came my way I found a solution for it, dealt with it, and moved on! I’m so proud of all of the looks I put together for this movie because i felt like I captured the essence and culture of the Haitian community perfectly with the help of my girl Gaelle @cutiaga (and other Haitian natives on set with us) on iG! I didn’t have an assistant so i kinda had double the work to do, but I got it done! I had a cast of at least 10 people and a lot of extras at least 100 that I dressed every day for three weeks! Let’s not forget we’re in Haiti, so whatever we didn’t have we just had to do without or find another way AND we did! I WANNA SAY I love you to my new found film family OG GREG ‪@grapeseeker‬ , @Picasso, @Simplycre8ive, @okmeagan71, My dawgs Indian & 40 (best Ad’s you can ask for), Alvin & Boogie, Fredya @fredya, Albert, Jean, Ketlain ‪@DifficileKetlain‬ (Mr “Camera is moving”) 😂 so much more!! This was just such an amazing experience and I thank God he chose me to experience it! Check out the movie “A Haitian Wedding!” To be released 2/10/23 on Amazon Prime!
