  • With every new season, I try and adapt my rhythms accordingly. My motto is to keep it simple and doable (both in my routines and life in general). While I always want to grow, I also think it's important to do so at one's own pace. So here's to taking life at your own pace!
Thank you for being here, and for being you =)

I started journaling this year but after 3 weeks I stopped writing it. How do you maintain your rhythm? Love your vlogs!!

I'm so happy you enjoyed my vlogs, and thank you so much for asking! I don't maintain my rhythm perfectly by any means, but a couple things I've found helpful are 1) having something specific to write about; if that's not the case in the morning, journaling in the evening can also be refreshing--you could write like you're talking to a friend about your day, or describe your hopes for the next day; and 2) setting a bite-sized goal, whether that be 15 minutes, a paragraph, etc. I don't think it's helpful to force it, but a small goal can be freeing. Like, once you've given it 15 minutes, even if you've only written the date, that's okay! You've done what you set out to do for the day :) (Whew, this turned out a bit long but I hope it helps!)

@@berrybluecastle Oh really? Then you're spot on haha! Thanks for bringing so much calmness to us! As small RUclipsrs, we have this one goal in mind of how we want to present our content, so I'm happy that it's working out for you already ☺
