Cake:
360 grams (3 cups) flour
2.5 grams (1/2 tsp.) salt
2.5 grams (1/2 tsp.) baking powder
227 grams (1 cup) butter, softened
600 grams (3 cups) sugar
300 grams eggs (approx. 6 large eggs)
4 grams (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
8 grams (2 tsp.) coconut extract
227 grams (1 cup) full fat sour cream
170 grams (2 cups) sweetened flaked or desiccated coconut
170 grams (1 cup) white chocolate chips
extra butter and flour, for greasing the pan
Cream Cheese Coconut Frosting:
113 grams (4 oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
56 grams (1/4 cup) butter, softened
4 grams (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
240 grams (2 cups) powdered sugar or icing sugar
30 grams (2 tbsp.) heavy cream or double cream
128 grams (1 1/2 cups) of shredded coconut

Hi Daniela, may you share the proportion if I use almond flour mixed with all purpose flour please?
You **could** mix in almond flour to all purpose flour, but as it's not something I've tried in this recipe, I wouldn't like to recommend a specific ratio! I'd hate for your cake to not turn out perfect! I'm sorry I couldn't help this time! 💖

I broke into Tom Cruise's residence via a skylight, lowered myself down past laser tripwires and CCTV, and then replaced the recipe with an apology letter (because the recipe was on a pressure-sensitive pad, obviously!). 🕵️ Don't tell Tom! 😹 Let me know how you get on and happy baking!! The mission impossible theme has always been a favorite to listen to from the very beginning. I've had it as a ringtone in the past.
Toms has white chocolate buttercream you got that wrong
If you have a quick look online, you’ll find that Doan’s Bakery (the bakery that makes these cakes for Tom) use a cream cheese frosting, like mine. It’s not buttercream! 😻
