Just watched the first episode,this is so freaking good,the quality is 10 times better,Mac is as strong as ever,and the fact that they managed to involve Laurence Fishbourn is freakin crazy lol,this is so chaotically funny,batshit crazy, I'm really enjoying it so far
The MacGruber sketches were honestly some of the best to grace SNL. My personal favourite is the financial crisis one. "TOILET PAPER IS A LUXURY NOW- *MACGRUBER!!!!"*

MacGruber is that "idiot moment" that we all have from time to time...only made into a character. The avatar of idiocy. I will watch this and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia....only folks trying to make people laugh, anymore
Normally I'd be worried that they're stretching the premise a bit thin trying to make it a series but given that Macgruber started as a series of sketches that were just spoofs of Macgyver and his ability to make something from nothing with Macgruber always getting distracted before he could Macgyver his way out of a situation that ran for around 2-3 minutes in total from which they made one of the funniest and most underrated comedies of it's time I'm confident they know what they're doing.
MacGruber is such an awesome show. That's why I subbed to Peacock where I could watch all of the new MacGruber content. Also, I'm gonna watch Star Trek there too.
I never had the chance to watch the MacGruber movie. I was going to watch it, but then I totally forgot about the movie over the years. I think I will give it a watch.
I love the movie. I always find it funny when you find out (after MacGruber's long multi-branch military record, citations and medals) that he doesn't know how to use a gun. You think basic training would've cleared that up. lol
