Major pattern change!!! Arctic outbreak and snow

Hello everyone, In todays video we be taking a look at a major storm and very cold and a arctic. A lot to go over across the north east a lot of snow for the mountain can get up to a foot+ snow while valleys see just plain rain. heavy rain also with 1-2 inches of rain.
