Both my parents from Ecuador and I took a DNA test to find out how much Native roots I got. Found out Im only 25% Native Ecuadorian and 71% European (Mix of Iberia , Scandavian, Greek, and French). I was really shocked I thought I would get about 70% native but my dad told me that her grandmother was Spanish/French and she probably had some Strong European genes that passed down generations of Native American partners.

Hola desde Manabí, Ecuador! Here we make the best bolones in the country (disculpen Guayas, pero lo saben, se los quiere ♥️), para hacer el bolon primero se hierve el plátano en agua para poder majarlo y que quedé hecha la bola, después se forma la bola con el queso y el chicharrón, se le pone grasa para que no se le vaya la forma. Al final se fríen al gusto en bastante aceite. Disculpen Pero Like, pero eso es como un patacón gigante hecho bola, muchas gracias por reconocer a mi lindo país pero creo que hubiera sido bueno que usaran la recete original
