My 3 year old has curly hair! I had no idea to take care of it, I bought the kids version of shampoo and leave in conditioner & almost immediately I noticed a great change in her hair!
awe I have your curls. I've been learning how to love my hair and it's so difficult because I am letting it grow and also going through chemical damage at the moment. I hope I can get my hair to work out naturally.
Holy Moley, you hair is exactly like mine! I’m the strawberry blonde version of you! I didn’t think I’d ever find someone on RUclips with similar hair to mine. People always call their hair “thick”, but it never is. Yours definitely looks like it is. Anyway, thank you thank you thank you.
I picked up the Gel Soufflé and tried it. I was already using (and loving) the milk (aside from the packaging!). Thing is, I may have used too much of the gel. I'm used to the Kinky Curly Custard where I felt I needed a lot to tame my curls. The Gel Soufflé seems richer. I'm going to have to wash again tomorrow and have my hair in a bun since it looks like an oily mess. It's always tricky when you use new products. It takes time to find the right amount that works for you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the products!
Love how your hair looks ,ive just bought these products I would love to see how u use them I think I've been using too much gel waaaayyyyyy to much lol
Hey Kerry, thanks for your comment! I use just enough to coat my hands with a thin layer of gel before scrunching it up and then plopping. You can except your hair to get a little crunchy once it's dried, and then you and scrunch up your dry hair to break up the gel a little! Hope that helps! I may check out these products for the winter when I wear my hair curly - so far I haven't found anything that helps my curls look good and stay all day.
I find it super interesting that you use the milk fter the gel. In general, CG method says you should use the milk to hyrate, then gel to style. and then oil at the end to break the gel cast. I'll try your way and see how it comes out.
Lately I've been mixing the gel and the milk together in the shower... Still experimenting to find what works best 😁 Let me know what you find works best for you!
I love this trio and am so happy you reviewed them. I have to use waaay more of the conditioner than I would like, and I DO like thicker conditioners, but they work really well on my curls. I have added them to my routine but use them on rotation.
Your hair is gorgeous! So are you ahah! My hair used to be this curly but after all the heat damage and bleaching and all that stuff my hair is so poofy. My curls just poof up! They don’t stay nice and silky:/ I’m definitely running to target to pick this line up!!
You don't need to take a lot of shampoo to work the product in your scalp, just take a little amount in your palms and lather it up in your palms then apply it to your scalp.
@@CorrieV A pre wash also helps ! Just take some water in a jug and put come shampoo in it and lather it up and let that water run down your scalp and hair massage it for about few seconds then you can take little shampoo and lather it up in your hands. This way your hair won't be tripped of its natural moisture and your shampoo will last longer lol.
Right? I think I had some weird consistency issues. At the time, I could only get it at Sally Beauty supply and I think the conditioner and gel had a weird texture thing going on. Now I can get it at WalMart and it seems more normal. I still love the way they perform!
Hi! What i did with the curl milk is i added a bit of water to it, shook it up. And now its a nice consistency, and easy to squeeze out. Have you tried the curly enhancing smoothie?
I didn't try the curly enhancing smoothie but... that's the reason I went in to check out the line at my local Sally! They didn't have any in store, so I should probably order some online. I will try adding some water to my curling milk, that sounds amazing haha. I love simple fixes! 😍 Thanks for the suggestion.
I just bought the gel soufflé and I'm really struggling with it. (ignore my profile pic, I've been wearing my hair naturally curly for about a year now!) I find the soufflé makes my hair look super greasy. Do you think I'm using too much? Your hair looks beautiful!!
Yea I would try using a little less. Maybe try a leave-in conditioner all over and then a little bit of gel on the length of your hair? It's a tricky product!
The shampoo is my least favorite just because i hate the smell, but im pregnant right now and to me and my sensitive nose it just smells like coconut and gross moldy fruit 😂😭 i love the conditioner though but its a pretty thick formula for me so its a little hard to work it into all of my hair and i have shorter hair than you! Also i need a detangler after i wash everything out because the conditioner isn’t slippy enough for me to detangle my hair with it.
Hi, you have gorgeous curls. Can you try the Shea Moisture Smoothie which has got an amazing response for it's wonderful effect on curly tresses. I have curls similar to yours would like to see how effective is the smoothie & how it works for your hair 😊
Your hair is gorgeous!!! FYI, the Curl enhancing Smoothie is meant to be a leave in conditioner. You shouldn’t plop your wet hair overnight, you’ll end up with hydral fatigue, and that’s horribly damaging.
I absolutely would not recommend this product. It has caused my hair to fall out significantly more than it does with other products from other brands. My hair has also thinned a lot. I can actually see my scalp now through my hair which I have never been able to before! Is anyone else experiencing this?
I don't think I've used the "correct" product type for my hair in my life! But this product makes me feel SO good about my hair with its own texture! I don't mind breaking some rules to get results that I love!
Finally a lose waves reviewer for this line
Thanks for watching!

Awesome! Your daughter is very lucky :)

Me too!! Let me know your routine once you figure it out :) hehe
Thank you so much you're hair type is just like mine was making sure the shea moisture curling gel souffle was safe for wavy/curly 😊
Yea I really like it :)

The kinky curly custard is SPECIFICALLY for black women's hair. Why do you need it???
omg we have such a similar hair type, I'm glad I've found someone else with loose waves :)
What's your routine? I really struggle :(

Also I think you have to be prepared for good and bad hair days, as sometimes it's pretty random what you get 😂
Thank you xx
Looks great! I prefer the Shea Moisture line better than any deva curl.
Thanks, these were really great products! I wanna try more!

Definitely, check this line out! It's amazeballs!

Your hair is so gorgeous !
Aww, thanks! I should switch back to these products again, haha. Been using cheap drugstore products.
I love this trio and am so happy you reviewed them. I have to use waaay more of the conditioner than I would like, and I DO like thicker conditioners, but they work really well on my curls. I have added them to my routine but use them on rotation.
Thanks, Alison! You're the one who got me into Sally's to check it out! Will have to go back for more to try :)
Wow!! Thanks so much for that. Blessings.
They have a Masque now. It’s thicker and you use less.
Btw, only Curl geniuses master the Curl Soufflé 🤩🤩🤩
I'll have to keep an eye out for the Masque... I hate that the line is tough to find where I live!
I am so glad I watched your review! Great video!!
Thanks for watching :)

Haha, I feel like I always need more than it says on the bottle to cover my whole scalp!

You're conditioner was runny? Looking at my bottle, it's like solid

Corrie Side I have the same problem! My hair is wavy/curly, should I try maybe diluting it with water?

I recently bought the gel soufflé and upon opening it i noticed it was stiff like how jello would be, anyone know if i need to soften it?? If so how??
Not sure, but I have noticed people mentioning the different textures they have received! Maybe someone can share some insight, haha.
The pump on the conditioner is frustrating!
Yes!
Gorgeous hair. Just found your channel:)
Thanks, jay!
